• Lots of footage of Vince revealed as Greater Power and Austin as new CEO from last RAW

• Regular Intro for RAW

• We see Austin at titantowers telling the secretary how to answer the phone

• Corporate Ministry comes to the ring(Mean Street Posse is with them again)
• Vince whines about Austin as new CEO
• Vince talks about rumors of Corporate Ministry crumbling and says it'll never happen
• Vince says he wonders what stipulation he'll add to him and Shane facing Austin at King of the Ring
• Vince says he'll make some stipulation matches tonight and says he'll pick which one he likes most
• Vince makes the following matches:
• A Dog Collar Match between Road Dogg and Billy Gunn
• A "David vs. Goliath" Match between The BIg Show and X-Pac
• A "Blind date" match with Test in a blindfold against The Big Boss Man
• Ken Shamrock in a straight jacket against Jeff Jarrett
• Pat Patterson and Gerald Brisco comes out
• Patterson says Stephanie was a godchild to her and questioned Vince's motives against Stephanie
• Vince says he'll do what he wants
• Patterson then says Vince and Shane are going to hell
• Brisco then says, "And on your way to hell, you can get your own coffee."

• Vince then makes Patterson and Brisco face Midian & Viscera tonight

• We see Austin telling some employees at titantowers to get him a beer

MATCH 1:(Dog Collar Match) DX's "Road Dogg" Jesse James vs. "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn
WINNER: Billy Gunn by pinfall via Rocker Dropper(1:48)6/10

• Billy Gunn and Chyna attack Road Dogg after the match

• Rocky Maivia comes out and says his usual quotes
• Rocky trash talks Undertaker and challenges Undertaker to a title match at King of the Ring
• Rocky trash talks Undertaker some more
• Undertaker comes out
• Undertaker tells the Rock to stop his nursery rhymes and accept the Rock's challenge at King of the Ring
• Vince McMahon comes and trash talks Rocky
• Vince says Rocky must beat Undertaker in a non-title match with a bonus stipulation that he'll announce before the match so Rocky can get his title match at King of the Ring

MATCH 2:(Womens Title Match) Ivory vs. Debra McMichaels(champ)
WINNER: Ivory by pinfall via Nicole Bass choking Debra(1:19, Ivory new champ)5/10

• Austin is in a board meeting at titantowers where he fires an executive and promotes a mail buffer and gives everyone a beer and tells everyone to finish it by the time he gets back

• Kaboom of the Week: Paul Wight chokeslamming Undertaker through the ring last week on RAW

• Patterson is about to leave the building to get away from his match, but Brisco convinces him to stay, saying he has a plan

• They show Test winning title from Jarrett yesterday on Heat, but Debra convincing ref to give title back to Jarrett

MATCH 3: Union's Test(in a blindfold) vs. Corporate Ministry's Big Boss Man
WINNER: Test by DQ via Boss Man using nightstick on Test(1:04)5/10

• Boss Man still attacks Test with nightstick until Stephanie McMahon comes out and tells Boss Man to stop

• We see Austin at titan towers helping an employee say, "Austin 3:16 says I just whooped your Ass!"

• Clips of Paul Wight chokeslamming Undertaker through ring last week on RAW

MATCH 4: DX's X-Pac vs. Union's "The BIg Show" Paul Wight
WINNER: No Contest(See below)

• Paul Wight says he has too much pride and won't wrestle X-Pac, but X-Pac says he still wrestles whatever is booked for him, Wight and X-Pac start to fight then Kane comes out and wants to take X-Pac's spot, but X-Pac won't let them and they end up fighting each other, then they talk things out

• We see clips of what Austin did at titantowers today

MATCH 5:(Non-Title Match) Union's Ken Shamrock(in a straight jacket) vs. Jeff Jarrett(IC Champ)
WINNER: Ken Shamrock by submission via Leg Chokehold(2:02)7/10

• We see stooges coming out for their match

• We see a lady shaving Billy Gunn's but, and the lady tells Gunn he has a zit on his but

MATCH 6: Pat Patterson & Gerald Brisco vs. Corporate Ministry's Midian & Viscera
WINNERS: Pat Patterson & Gerald Brisco by DQ via Mean Street Posse interfering

• Posse beats up stooges and Viscera gives them both two running splashes

• We see Austin with a WWF accountant going over the McMahon's salaries

MATCH 7:(Tag Titles Handicap Match) Kane vs. Corporate Ministry's Acolytes(champs)
WINNERS: Acolytes by pinfall when Bradshaw pinned Kane via Powerbomb-Beckbreaker by both combo by both Acolytes(5:55)8/10

• Acolytes attack Kane until X-Pac makes the save

• Austin is in Vince McMahon's office at titan towers and has some guys dump some manuer in it as Vince and Shane watch in shock

• Vince & Shane McMahon come to the ring
• Vince say Austin had disgraced the WWF and says he'll never forgive Austin for what he did
• Vince says the stipulation for him and Shane against Austin at King of the Ring will be that Shane's and Vince's "share" of the WWF and Austin's "CEO" status will be hanging above the ring(probably in a briefcase)and the person who climbs on top of a ladder and grabs it will have all of the WWF
• Shane was gonna say the Rock's stipulation for the match, but Shamrock runs to the ring and gives Shane a belly-to-belly suplex

• See Vince and Shane leaving building

• Rocky and Undertaker were about to fight, then Helmsley comes out and says Shane stipulation was that he was suppose to beat Undertaker and Helmsley in a triple threat match, so....

MATCH 8:(Triple Threat, Non-Title Match) "The Rock" Rocky Maivia vs. Coporate Ministry's Hunter Hearst Helmsley vs. Coporate Ministry's Undertaker(World Champ)
WINNER: Rocky Maivia when he pinned Hunter Hearst Helmsley via Rock Bottom(11:18)10/10

• Chyna "accidentally" tripped up Undertaker, then Undertaker choked Chyna, and while Helmsley was trying to break it up, Rocky gave Helmsley the Rock Bottom for the pin, then Helmsley and Undertaker were fighting after the match until Corporate Ministry broke it up as the show went off the air

• 8 Matches, Total minutes of wrestling: 23 minutes, 26 seconds(2 Matches didn't even start)

• Trivia Answer: Jimmy & Johnny Valient who had the tag titles for 1 year and 5 days from May 8, 1974 to May 13, 1975

COMMENTS: Austin making the transition at Titantowers footage today was awesome. The Acolytes vs. Kane match was good and so was the main event which actuallay went over 10 minutes(which rarely happens on a RAW main event anymore). For the first time since 1995 the WWF is showing the first round of the WWF King of the Ring tournament on the KotR PPV. They had the first round of the King of the Ring tournament then the semifinals and the final on the '93, '94, and '95 King of the Ring PPV's, but on the '96, '97, and '98 King of the Ring PPV's they only had the Semifinals and Final of the King of the Ring tournament. The WWF needs to show more stars on RAW. Most of their matches usually only have Corporate Ministy, Union, and DX members, Sometimes we get to see Jarrett, Godfather, Goldust, Val Venis, The Brood, Al Snow, Hardcore Holly, and rarely we see the WWF future talent such as Too Much(now repackaged as Too Cool), Kaeintai, DOA, Droz, and Hardy Boyz. I heard Goldust got a severe back injury which will put him out for some time, and I also read that Brian Christopher had a torn ACL which will put him out for a few weeks. Also Gillberg resigned with the WWF and expect him to drop the Light Heavyweightbelt to Jericho sometime in the summer(maybe Summerslam) to finally push the WWF's lightweight division. King of the Ring is shaping up to be a good card here it is:
