First we have the color information. You must read this. I know it sounds a lot like the Drgons from the Anne McCaffrey novels, but they are not.
Purple is the rarest of all of the dragons. It is ALWAYS female. There is only one per clutch. She is the Queen. In order to adopt her, you must have an exeptional page. She can only mate with Blues and specials. There is also a slight chance of being twins, but the chances of that are about 1 in a hundred.
Blue is the second rarest of the dragons. There can be a little as one per clutch, or as many as three. They are ALWAYS male. Blues can mate with Puples and specials.
Red is third rarest and can be either male or female. There can be 4-15 in a clutch. They can mate with other reds, greens and yellows. Females can have atleast one red, green, yellow and maybe a blue, but never a purple.
Green is the fourth rarest. There can be 2-10 of them in a clutch. They can be either male or female. Greens can only mate with other greens, reds and yellows. Females can have atleast one red, yellow, green and maybe a blue, but never a purple.
Yellow is the least rarest of the dragons and can be either male or female. There can be 5-18 blues in each clutch. Yellows can mate with other yellows, greens and reds. Females can have atleast one red, green and yellow, but never a blue or a purple.
There can also be one or two specials in each clutch. They are the most rarest and are not in each clutch. They can be either male or female and can mate with other Specials, Purples, Blues and Greens. These are for special ocasions or just because. For example, I might have a Christmas or Easter special. There is a slight chance of twins for this color, but those chances are about 1 in a thousand. You MAY NOT ask for a special. I choose who will make the best adopter for them judging from the happiness of their page.
Don't be discouraged. Always try your best in making pages. I also have a few mating rules as well.
1. If you adopt two dragons, they can not mate together.
2. You may let your dragon choose it's mate as soon as it hatches. You must tell me of this so I can put up the announcment! I'll make a special page for mating and wedding announcments.
3. If your drgon and your dragon's mate decide to have a clutch of their own, you must tell me so I can include their clutch in the next adoption.
4. When your dragon and your dragons mate have their clutch, you are allowed to keep one of the baies per adopter. That means if both of your mating dragons parents wat an egg from their clutch, you get one. If only one adopter wants one, the other egg goes up for adoption.
5. You must put up your dragons mate and children in the little information thing I give you when you pick up each stage. You can also put up a link to your dragon's mate on your page if you want, but it's not requied.
