HUM!!!!!!!!!HUMHUMHUMHUM!!!!IT'S ABOUT DAMN TIME THEY GOT TO SEATTLE!!!
Hum kicked ass, they played tons of cool songs. For the crowd, the best part
was probably stars, but i like "i like your hair long" that song just kicks
ass. Green To me should have been added, but wasn't but they played "I hate
it too" so that makes up for it. Suicide Machine was a very cool song to
hear, i was hoping to hear something older, like off Fillet Show (i kept
yelling to no avail). But it kicked ass anyway.
Stupid crowd, being stupid,
yes, let each of us take turns seeing if Matt can sing and play guitar while
we jump around and grab him and jerk his shoulders, i hear being jerked around
and bothered is performance enhancing.
Since obvioucly bands enjoy being
bothered, especially such a calm (meaning they don't jump around) band like
hum. Cause all good musicians like chaos and disorder. they like it even
more then you knock over their pedals and step on their shit.
Sacarsm is cool. Only if people get it, if your one of the people jumpign on
stage and bothering HUM, and your offended, i would like to say "WHAT THE FUCK
IS WRONG WITH YOU?!" Matt told me after the show, he wants to kick peoples
ass when they climb up there.
Matt dropped his guitar, then threw it down, and the head broke off. Nice
guitar too, kinda sad. In a post-show interview (two-three questions) matt
said "we'll just tape it back together and use it tomorrow."
Setlist
Axlotls
Pod
I.C.L.

never found out if it would be ok or not.
it was cool
bye

Hello there Hummers!
I just recently saw HUM at the RCKNDY in Seattle on Valentines. They were
excellent I must say. I mean like right on and stuff. The only thing that
pissed this Hummer off were all the fucking gel brained kids (i'm 28...sort of
a kid, sort of an old guy maybe i dont know) that were jumping on the stage
and running into Matt, trying to see who could stage dive the best. I thought
I was at a fuckin Pantera show man.
I dont think half of them knew who HUM
was.... they just decided to go to some rock show where they could flaunt
theyre stupidity in public by banging into each other and ignoring the music.
Get this: the first band throws a t-shirt out to the crowd but it gets stuck
on some tubing in the cieling above everyone. Well HUM comes on and these
fuckers only concern is getting that t-shirt down by standing on each others
shoulders and jumping for it.... hello, HUM was playing, remember? the show
you paid to see?! Then finally in the middle of a song, this guy gets the
shirt and the crowd cheers.... all the while Matt is pouring out his soul and
no one is paying attention. I shouldnt say no one. Their were a few hardcore
Hum fans that were truly into it.
To those of you that knew what it was all
about, I show my deepest gratitude and highest regards. To those brainless
fucks that pissed Matt of... you'll get yours.... what goes around comes back stronger.
Sincerely,
John

I just saw Hum last night at the RKCNDY in Seattle.
Awesome show except for the under 21 shitheads who only knew the song Stars.
They pissed off Matt and he threw his guitar down and walked off the stage.
Although that was kind of like the intermission between the show and the
encore.
