Celsa's Stew

Boil 1 Potato in 1/2 inch water for 20 minutes

Saute 1 Onion, chopped

Add:

1 clove Garlic, minced

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Cumin powder

1 Jalapeno pepper, minced

1 # meat (Remember, Billy lost his life going for venison)

1/2 Green Pepper, chopped

1 3/4 Cup Tomatoes, chopped

1 Cup boiling beef stock (use potato juice as well)

Flavor with Black Pepper

Simmer 6 minutes
