In addition to independent alumni groups formed by various classes, there are two alumni organizations associated with Elkhorn High School. The Elkhorn High Alumni Association holds annual banquets where various classes are honored while the
Elkhorn Public Schools Foundation honors individuals while providing the opportunity to support Elkhorn Public Schools.

Elkhorn Public Schools Foundation
The Elkhorn Public Schools Foundation was formed in 1983 to support and enrich the educational programs and services of Elkhorn Public Schools. The Foundation enables individuals, groups, or businesses to support their schools through tax deductible contributions.
The activities of the Foundation include administration of memorial scholarship funds, offering grants for classroom activities, providing support and encouragement for educational staff in the district and building an endowment fund to meet future needs for students in all grade levels.
