You can and may reproduce or multiply it to your hearts desire, as long as the copyrighted sections are excluded or permission has been received by the author of Bear Collectors Newsletter (email forbears@kdsi.net). Public archives of all newsletter mailings are maintained at listbot.com and may be accessed by any subscriber to the newsletter via the password provided to you by listbot.

There is no cost for receipt of the newsletter.

You may unsubcribe to the newsletter at anytime using the format provided at the bottom of the newsletter or by emailing your wish to: forbears@kdsi.net.

The content of the newsletter is not intended to profer nor purport that it is the final authority on any subject, methodology or pricing information. Every endeavor is made to ensure that the content is the most accurate to the extent of the knowledge of the author. The author cannot be held liable because of witting or unwitting stupidity or ignorance.

The intent of the newsletter is to provide information about Boyds Bearstones along with a little humor and perhaps some helpful hints concerning care, consumer awareness and perhaps a few advertising comments about the sale of bearstones from the Website: Boyds Bearstones Secondary Marketplace.

There is no obligation (financial or personal or anything else) attached to the receipt of the Bear Collectors Newsletter.

The author does not purposefully or knowingly make statements that may be construed to be discriminatory toward any age, race or ethnic group.

As a subscriber to the Bear Collector Newsletter or a patron of Boyds Bearstones Secondary Marketplace you can be assured that your name and email address is used only for the issuing of the Newsletter or to conduct the business of Secondary Marketplace. The list of all subscribers is maintained a listbot.com and they do not use lists for their purposes. (Listbot.com does advertise on the newsletter as part of the agreement with the author for the service).

We do not sell, relist or offer any member of the list or their email addresses to anyone at anytime. The list of subscribers is for the sole intent of distribution of the Newsletter.

Demographics are merely for the interest of the owners of the content of Boyds Bearstone Secondary Marketplace to better direct the information that we disseminate. Providing information in these catagories is not required, but we do encourage your participation.
