Evidence photos of our move out clean up in progress taken on July 30th of 2007. and the damages caused by D. Thompson's contractors when they replaced windows in the building as well as flood damage by other tenants' negligence..
This is concerning flood damages claimed against us by D. Thompson and resident manager Scott at Cartie' Apt. in unit #114. NOTE "IMG 00026, 00027, and 00028. are photos of damages caused by the waste water of other tenants sinks above us flooding our former apartment unit when a tenant above dumped something down their sink drain clogging main line causing other waste to flood the kitchen of our former apartment unit. this is the second time this incident happend to us this year of our tenancy there at Cartie'.
The other photos in this folder are other damages and messes caused by D. Thompson's construction crew and contractors when were they were replacing windows on the building at 8220 Blondo street. We were in progress of cleaning up that unit thouroughly prior to us moving out (noteing shopvac photos)
The following photo files "IMG00001" through "IMG00019" were damage to the window sills, carpet and walls that were all caused by D. Thompson's contractors when the replaced the windows in the building. It also rained heavily later that night causing some rain water to leak on the carpet as well from those windows.
"IMG00034" is a photo of flood damage mentioned above in notes from the clogged sink line on the carpet BEFORE we cleaned it up with my parents' carpet machine. Me and Jenny were NOT home when this flood happened recently from the sink.
I had a frantic call from resident manager "Scott" when he seen water flood from our unit on Saturday night on July 14th around 20:30 that night. He discreetly tried to blame us for it then when we were not home from the questions he was asking me and Jenny over the phone when he called that night.
