Final clean up evidence photos taken on July 31st before turning in keys....
These are the final move out photos we have taken of the Cartie' apartment unit on our move out day before turning in the keys. We thouroughly cleaned up this unit before we moved out that day.
Notice in "IMG00009" is a photo of that same area of flood water stained carpet AFTER me and Jenny cleaned it up from previous day (again that was not our mess to begin with).

is the resident building resident manager Scott doing ou move-out walkthrough. Me and Jenny have had problems with him though out or tenancy at Cartie'. He tried to blame us for for permant stains in the bath tub which were due to age of the fixture than us on this day. We scrubbed the tub very well behore hand. (IMG0007 and IMG00008).
Scott did not mention anything to us about any flood damage in unit when he walked through. He told us to wait to hear from the head maintenance person for final estiments of any damage costs.
We were not provided copies with any move out documents we signed, nor any damage estiments after we turned in our keys. the documents we signed when we moved had had not cost amounts written in it when we had to sign them.
