NAME: Kurama / Suuichi Minamino (in school)

AGE: Looks like he's only a teenager, ne? But he's really more than a hundred years old...!

FEATURES: In his human form, he's a red-head, has green eyes, well built, and ooh... he's really handsome! ^_^ In his youko form, he has white/silver hair, with golden eyes, really tall, has a bigger body and still verrry handsome! ^_~

POWERS: He has the ability to manipulate any plant into anything he desires. He often uses roses as his weapons and even makes a whip full of thorns out of it.

A calm and quiet boy, Kurama is really different among the rest. He is wise and clever, and this helps him a lot especially in defeating his opponents. Although he looks "harmless", once he is angered, he can be very dangerous... and even more when he's in his youko form.

Kurama, as we all know, is not 100% human. He was originally a Demon fox who lived in Makai. But how did he reach Ningenkai? This was because when he was still in his youko form, He was being chased by a hunter. (I think his name was Shigure, the same man he faced in the last part of the story) Desperate to escape, He decided to go to Ningenkai and let himself be reborn as a human being. So there! As a result, He has become different and has acquired human emotions like love, care, trust, etc. This was, of course, with the help of his extremely loving mother who took care of him in Ningenkai. Speaking of his mother, Kurama was so grateful to her for being a wonderful mother that when there was a time when his mother's life was in danger, He was willing to give up his own life to save her! (Aww, isn't that touching?!?... But of course, at that time, Yusuke did not allow that to happen, so he "donated" half of his life for Kurama's mother as well) And That was how much Kurama loved his mother.

Anyway, after meeting Yusuke and the others, He finds himself fighting demons with them. (FYI: This was part of his punishment for stealing one of the treasures of the Reikai) They kept fighting demons until the second part of the story, when the group enters a contest that's held in Makai. In this contest, Kurama faces a lot of challenging opponents. There's even this one enemy who used black magic on his opponents. This sorcery of his turned his enemies back into babies! Kurama, his opponent at that time was a victim of this magic... luckily, Kurama went back further into his life and eventually he regained his youko form! Now that he was stronger, he easily defeated his opponent. Their group defeated all the other groups in that contest until finally they faced Tohguro's group. All of them had a pretty hard time defeating Tohguro's group, but of course they won in the end.

Well, I could tell ya the whole story here, but I'll just cut it short... As the story goes on, Kurama improves his abilities and skills, and becomes more wise. After all the battles and everything else that's happened, he at last realizes his true self... who he really is... and he accepts the fact that being human is better. He then decides to never return to his youko form again. At the end of the story, he finishes high school and then works for his step-father's company, while everyone else goes on with their lives as well... That's it!
