Prosperity in God
Prosperity is misunderstood if taken as the world sees it. The word, prosper, literally means, to carry through to a successful result. Now this is a general truth. That means that this is what happens most of the time. It is the rule, not the exception. Some things do not come to a successful result, at least in our own opinions, because it is either not a part of God's planning or God has something better for us. Real prosperity does not come from money or power or possessions. Real prosperity is the result of God working in our lives as we earnestly pursue Him. He is bringing our lives to a successful result, if we are following Him. Sometimes He will not work in the way we expect Him to, but He will not let us down, if we trust Him.
