In Yeovilton
With Rachel & Cody
Yeovilton is a small town near Steve & Rachel’s home.
LOADS of shops and TONZ o’ gorgeous Christmas lights!
There were ENTERTAINERS everywhere! This is the “best” pic
I managed to get of a CLOWN that was making balloon sculptures for kidz.
After leaving Yeovilton, we headed for an “ASDA” store.
This pic is of the Salvation-Army-types performing at its entrance. ASDA is the UK’s version of WALMART!
In fact, ASDA is owned by Walmart!
Upon completing our shopping, Rachel drove us to the Hyland Fandamily’s
favorite “CHIP SHOP” in Somerton, to pick up dinner.
Upon our arrival, Rachel asked me if I’d ever eaten a “FAGGOT”?
I assured her that I hadn’t. So, she ordered me one.
However! She wouldn’t tell me WHAT it was.
THAT’S a “FAGGOT”!
It’s sort of a huge meatball, made with the otherwise-unused bits of the sheep:
kidneys, heart, liver; meat from the head, tail, & feet.
Hey! I ate a bite. I chewed and even swallowed it.
Now I’ll NEVER have to do it again! LOL
I thoroughly ENJOYED my Fish & Chips
and MUSHY PEAS, though!!!
