December 17th
I Attend
Another
SHOOT
DINNER |

This evening I
was granted the
honor of being
invited to another
SHOOT DINNER,
even though I didn’t
PARTICIPATE in this
particular shoot
– an honor not commonly
bestowed upon
LOCAL folk,
let alone
FOREIGN FOLK!!! |
SMART ME: I came bearing GIFTS for
Roger & Lynn, Ronny & Trish, and Mark!
Actually, I would have ‘SENT’ these gifts to these folk who had so graciously
hosted me during my stay, ‘een had I NOT been invited to the shoot dinner!!!
Thanx to RACHEL’s shopping guidance (BLESS YOU, RA!), I purchased
a Terracotta Wine Cooler & Bottle of Wine gift-set for Trish, and one for Lynn.
Also thanx to RACHEL’s shopping guidance,
I purchased Roger, Ronny & Mark each a gift-set
containing a Shot-Size Bottle of “FAMOUS GROUSE”
scotch whisky and a Thermal Travel Mug.
(In the hopes that, each o’
these guyz would pour that shot
into their Travel Mug and
TOAST MY MEMORY
when next they treked-about
killing foul!!!) |

Hopefully, each o’ the LADIES sucked-back their bottle o’ wine while enjoying their FREEDOM FROM THE GUYZ when next the guyz treked-about killing foul!!! LOL!!!

Once again, MARK was my
“date” for this event.
When he drove me back
to Steve & Ra’s house,
we kissed goodbye and I
wished him a “Happy Holiday!”
He was leaving the next day
to VACATION in the
MALDIVES
with his son & daughter.
A few days later, after I had
returned to Nebraska, I woke
to the newz of the TSUNAMI
that had hit South Asia
and the MALDIVES!!! |
After several days of incredible WORRY, we finally learned that
Mark and Ruth and Luke had
survived the Tsunami without injury or death.
[But, apparently we’ve established that I’m the KISS O’ DEATH!!! LOL!!!]
