For those of you who haven't figured it out yet, My name is Matt. I don't want to get into a lot of detail about myself, as that could get rather uninteresting, and I'm sure you all want to look at my pictures anyway! So, I'll just give a little summary of myself. I'm an active person in my community. In high school I participated in nearly every extracurricular activity available, except of course, volleyball. My favorite sport is by far basketball My Basketball Page. I love to play, because basketball is fun. I entered college playing for the basketball team there, but due to several reasons, I ended up not playing for the school's team, but I'm now playing intramural basketball instead. I also golf, that is when I find the time and money to hit the course, but it's a very relaxing sport...as long as I'm having a decent day at it! I actually played football only my 8th grade year and never really got into the sport. Go figure, our high school football team was very good and made playoffs on a regular basis, once finishing within the top 4 during my high school career. I also love to hunt. That's probably my biggest hobby. When I can't get out to hunt and I have no homework or something else going on in my life, I get quite aggrivated. I'm a member of lots of great organizations: Who's Who, National Honor Society, National English Merit Scholars, and the list goes on. I'm very involved in music also. I play, well, a lot of things to say the least. I would say I specalize in the saxophones, piano/keyboard, and guitar, both bass and electric. I also mess around on the drums when I get the chance. My guitar is getting to be the most exciting instrument as I am getting into several bands. You can check that all out on my guitar page My Guitar Page. As for the high school band, I was the only person in my class to still play until my senior year, and I loved every minute. I still go back and play with the band now in some of their performances for basketball games and things like that. Now I'm graduated and in college. I've found it's a lot more time consuming than high school and I am not really involved in quite so much. I have become a member of the National Beta Sigma Psi fraternity. Other than that I don't do a whole lot besides homework, intramural ball, and play in bands. So, that's about it, a summary of me and a little of what I'm involved in.
