On this GLORIOUS morn, I accompanied Steve as he went about feeding the livestock!
Of course – ME being ME – I did so in my JAMMIES, a sweater, and a pair of “WELLIES.”
“So, Steve! Do I look like a Proper English Farm Miss?”
“Charly, you look like what you ARE – a MADD YANK!”
I first got to meet BESSIE THE PIG!She was INCREDIBLY PREGNANT …
and due to “farrow” (have her piglets) on December 14th.
GUDE GAWDESS! She could barely MOVE!!! Yet was DAYS away from giving birth!!!
Next, I got to meet the CHICKENS
Steve getting FRESH EGGS from the Chicken Coop
Then I met THE GOOSES
Then I met THE TURKEYS
Then I met MORE CHICKENS and the second (“Bantam”) ROOSTER
She was INCREDIBLY PREGNANT …
