CHAS & SUSAN’S
EXCELLENT
UK ADVENTURE

Day Six …

The Gathering
Continues

After the
Final Competitions

the AWARDS
and TROPHIES
were presented by the Queen.

This pic shows the
Winning Pipe Band
award recipients.

The TUG O’ WAR Winners!
The 40 Regiment Royal Artilery members won for the THIRD year in a row! As it happens, their “coach” and several members were ROOMING at ANNE’s home!!!

“Coach Ronnie” told us that, when giving him the trophy and
shaking his hand, the Queen’s comment was,

“This is getting to be a habit!”

Ronnie and Anne with the trophy!

(From the program: LAST Year’s win!)

The TUG Trophy
proudly displayed in
Anne’s picture window!

(Ronnie also says that
I was the
FIRST person
to shake his hand
AFTER the QUEEN!!!)

The LAST MINI-VID
taken during the
2002 Braemar Highland Games:

The LAST
MASS Pipers PASS

My FAVORITE Mini-Vid,
is the one originally seen
on the DIRECTORY’s “Test Page.”

SEE THAT ONE AGAIN!

THAT one is the LONGEST,
and the BEST MINI-VID I took!

THE GAMES ARE OVER!

Everyone scurries away …

BUT!
(Oh, Surprize!)
OUR 2002 Braemar
Highland Games Adventure
is NOT OVER!

After the Games’ conclusion, we briefly returned to Anne’s house to WARM UP. And THEN we headed BACK to the games area (via the woods) …
Because WE had been
invited to join the
Braemar Royal Highland Society
at their Post-Games
“Hospitality” Tent!!!

JOIN US for
Braemar Highland
POST-GAME
activities!
