CHAS’ & SUSAN’S
EXCELLENT UK ADVENTURE
Day Three … Continued!

We arrived in Piccadilly Circus by walking through “GREEN PARK” –
the park in front of Buckingham Palace!

The “St. James’s” area
(just off of Piccadilly Circus)

Our visit here was mainly to
search for the London home used
by Amelia Peabody Emerson.

Oh, OK! So, she is yet
another fictional character!
Unlike Holmes, however,
Amelia is from a series of texts
that Susan and I are
both well versed in!
(By Elizabeth Peters.)

The home we were looking for
doesn’t exist. (Oh, surpriZe.)
But, this one (at left)
was close enough to satisfy us!

LONDON COWS!

Susan took pix of SEVEN
cows around London for a
friend at work. (Only 5 here.)

This one is my favorite!

Hey, Susan! Was this really a TOPIARY in the shape of a cow …
or the plastic cow-form covered in greens and a few blossoms?

TRAFALGAR SQUARE was under SERIOUS construction
when we were in London.

So, to “share” our
ENTIRE EXPERIENCE
in Trafalgar Square
all YOU have to do is

The pic at right was taken by Susan.
Above, is one from a web site.

The “problem” with many of these buildings:
They’re so large, you can’t take a PICTURE of them.

For quickie Mini-Vidz of Westminster
AND of Parliament (with Big Ben!)

At left: the opposite end
(from Big Ben) of the
“Houses of Parliament.”

Susan did her
BEST
to get a pic o’
Big Ben
for HER Ben!

(below)

But, like I said …
these buildings are
absolutely GORGEOUS …
but, hard to capture
in a single frame!

These two pix were almost close enough for me to “marry” into 1 pic!

I think we better go to a NEW PAGE
for THE TOWER OF LONDON
Click on that link, and Come With Us!
