The last NEWZ addition to this Web Site
was made on December 14th, 2000.
NEWZ!!!
Exactly one week after the fire (which occurred on Friday, November 17th), Drew and the Annas settled into a rental home, located near “the lot.” Kim, Steve, Jodi and I moved much of the stuff I’ve had in storage (from my Denver condo) into their temporary home on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
The torched rubble has already been completely removed from the lot! The old foundation/basement has been professionally cleaned, and the insert-foundation for their new home will be poured soon.
Yes! They’re going to build again! Drew and Annabeth have already designed the basic architectural plans for their new home. In fact, the new foundation has already been poured! This time, however, they’ll contract the actual building to someone else. (Did you hear Anna’s HUGE SIGH OF RELIEF?!?!)
Drew and the Annas’ snail mail address remains:
1904 Barrington Parkway, Papillion NE 68046.
Even their home phone number remains the same!
(It was simply transferred to their rental-home.)
Lastly, Drew and Annabeth’s “Christmas Wish” continues to be,
“If you have photos of yourself/us; that is our biggest loss--
and we'd certainly like to get a copy of them.”
