CHAS’ CHRISTMAS KATZ 1999
The Queen Kat: Guadelupe … a.k.a., “Luper” … a.k.a, “The amazing Leaping Luper!”
(She really does have an amazing ability to leap long distances into precise or very small spaces!)
Luper is the same age as my nephew, Sir Erik (13 at this writing),
and not at ALL amused about having a SANTA HAT stuck on her head!
Princess Jelly … Named from T.S. Elliot’s Cats poem, her full name is “Jellylorum”
(and she’s equally unamused about having a SANTA HAT stuck on her head!)
Princess Sylvia … Named after the Harry Bellefonte Song, “Sylvie,”
which I dreamt about when trying to decide what to name her!
… a.k.a. “StopItStopItStopItSlyvie!!!”
Princess Anaksunimun … a.k.a. “Suni” (“Soonie”) … a.k.a. “OhYouLittleMonkey!!!”
Suni was SOOOO unamused about the SANTA HAT –
(“How unamused WAS she?!”)
that she wouldn’t tolerate the hat long enough to snap
even ONE silly photo of her in it!
Suni was killed by a car on March 22, 2000.
Subsequent to her death, ALL of us are now Indoor-Only Katz!
