The Drive from
Braemar to Inverness …
SIGN PIX SAGA!

ALRIGHT.
I got lost enroute to Inverness – but only ONCE!

As I was nearing the city, I took the wrong exit
to get to Culloden.

But! As luck (?) would have it, only because I
ended up in the wrong place did I get an
opportunity to snatch pix of a UK ROAD SIGN
that had Susan and I peeing ourselves
(from laughing so hard, thank you very much),
back in September, 2002.

But, on that jaunt, we failed to get a gude pic
o’ the “Elderly People Crossing” Sign.

Now We Have It!!!

AND! As long as we’re on the Subject:

There are TONS of very ODD
(to us U.S.-types) ROAD SIGNS in the UK.
Next trip, I’m going to make a special point
of capturing more of them. But, on this trip,
I only was able to snap the Elderly Crossing sign,
and this, the “HUMPED ZEBRA” sign!

This pic was snapped in Liverpool,
while Carol looked on, peeing herself
(from laughing so hard, thank you very much),
because of MY incontinence at seeing this sign!

BTW: “Zebra” = white-striped pedestrian street
crossing area. And, “Humped Zebra” as naught
to do with Zebra sexual activities!
It identifies a “speed bump” within the Zebra!

LASTLY!
This isn’t a “SIGN” … but!
