a clean paint brush

*paint

| directions:
- Take a plain wooden bar stool and paint it whatever color you desire (or take the easy way out and get one that's already painted like i did).
- Find a colored, pretty, picture of placebo (online or in a magazine) that's smaller than the stool seat. i used this one.
- Cut out the picture and make sure it looks a-okay where you want to place it.
- Make sure the seat is free of any crap. then take your clean paintbrush paint it w/ a coat of clear gloss medium varnishy stuff.
- While it's still wet, place the picture down where you want it.
- Let it dry for a bit.
- *optional* i painted mine with this gitter-glue stuff so it's sparkly. if you do this then let the glue dry before proceeding to the next step.
- Add another coat of the varnishy over it, picture and all.
- Let it dry before you sit on it.
