Robert Schulzberg

Robert was Placebo's drummer from September 1994 until October 1996.

Robert Schulzberg was born in Geneva, Switzerland, but his heritage is half-Swedish, half-English.

Although Steve Hewitt played drums on Placebo's very earliest demos he couldn't join the band because he was commited to Breed. Instead, Stefan introduced Robert to Brian and he took Steve's place behind the drum kit. Robert played on Placebo's self-titled first album and appears in the videos for Come Home, 36 Degrees, and Teenage Angst. In October of 1996, he was asked to leave the band because he and Brian did not get along (apparently they physically fought and he made some homophobic remarks).

Since he left Placebo, Robert has been in several bands. He is currently in a band called Lomax.

if you want to see more of Robert, check the band gallery but i don't reccomend it, he's not pretty.
