I had SUCH a fantabulous tyme at the KC Ren Fest in 2001!

Although I attended “solo” (Sister, Mistress Kim, and her son, Sir Patrick, were unable to accompany me), I think I had a BETTAH TIME, because I went ALONE!

Why? Because I got to wander around without ANY constraints upon my attention or interests. AND, because I got to do a WHOLE BUNCH of RIBBONING!!! (Ribboning is NOT something others tend to be interested in! And, it ain’t much of a “spectator” sport … except for the parents of the Kidz being ribboned.)

whenever I wanted to
sally forth
to the Faire
without having to
carry the sucker
along with me!

There was a
handy group of benches
right in front of
Kilt Crossing’s booth,
whereupon I did
set-up myne
RIBBONING Station!
Myne basket contains
a wide variety of
fabric ribbons for the
“mature” Faire attendant.

And a goodly selection of
several brightly-colored
CURLING RIBBONS
for the young Misses.

Myne Ribboning Basket
is also equipped with
a mirror – so that those
I ribbon might rightly-
admire my work!
And bobby pins
to “tame”
any errant,
post-ribboning,
“poochy” lock!
I do NOT charge
ANY $
for providing
Hair Ribbons
to all and sundry!

It’s just something
I
LUV
to DO!!!

Although the ribbons I adorned
these young Misses with
are not easy to see in this pic,
the pic DOES capture
the spirit of how much
FUN all have
(me included)
with my
FREE RIBBONS!
