The Joke of the Great Mannito came about during an IBR camping trip. Joey, Eric, and Levi were getting ready to go to sleep out around the campfire. Eric made a comment about how Joey looked like a giant burrito, because of the way that he jiggled around, and moved around, and Levi commented that he was also a man. Therefore, the name resulted, The Great Mannito.
The name for Eric became "The Fat One" when the camping brigade visited the local Wal-Mart near the campsite. They were all walking through the store, and Eric got lost. Jessi said, "We've lost the fat one!". Then Eric popped his head out of an aisle and said, "The fat one's right HERE!". Enough said.
Obviously, the only explanation needed for this one is that Levi is a hippie. There is really nothing else that needs to be said.
There's not much to say about this one, either. Basically, this refers to Brian William's deep voice over te phone. Very deep.
This name refers to the area in which Keefer now lives. He lives next to a swamp, so...figure this out...
Joey, Eric, and Levi were trying to think of a name for Jessi, but failed miserably. This was the last resort. Name was later changed to Mushy Gushy.
Jessi's new nickname. Jessi understands, the rest of you are left to assume.
No one could think of something that fit Mona, so they all decided to leave her new name almost like her old one. None of them know whether she likes it.
This name was given to the one who never seems to be around when the group needs him. Brett Bonacci is now refered to as "The Missing One".
| ALL JOKES ABOUT JESSI'S DAD FALL UNDER THE SAME DEFINITION |
| To Main List |
The origin of all of the jokes about Jessi Perez's father came from the camping trip that most of them went on. Only a few, such as Williams, Keefer, Brett, and Mona (ok, more than a few), do not truly understand the humor behind the various jokes. We were settling into our filming, and out of nowhere, Jessi's dad comes out and asks us if we wanted some cocoa. At first, none of us really thought anything of it. We prepared our cocoa, pouring in "as much cocoa as we wanted" and proceded to mix it with water. He then told us to take some marshmallows, actually it was more like, "Take a HANDFUL of marshmallows!" So no one really does, and Joey ended up being the first. Jessi's dad proclaimed loudly, "THAT'S A BOY!" The group, other than Jessi of course, starting having second thoughts about spending a night with this guy. He continued making random comments like this. Now when you imagine him saying these things, imagine the voice you would expect from a Satanic beast that had just risen from the ground, and was hunting it's next victim. The scariest thing about it was that he didn't stop when they left the campground. He continues to say things like that to this day, and everytime, they all have a good laugh, whether it was directly heard, or just retold like a bad fairy tale.
