Will from Class '62


We, the Senior Class of "62" will our efforts to improve the Decatur Public School to the faculty; our never-ending determination to the Freshmen; our biology specimens to the Sophomores and the following to the Juniors:
I, Jon Stillman will my long legs to Dennis Hightree.
I, Sue Hancock will my brother Bill to Cindy Ball as long as I can keep his car.
I, Jon Brewer will my naturally straight hair to Frank Dick.
I, Jackie Doll will my polished ability to evade all patrolmen to Richard Badje.
I, Lynna Helms will my ability to go steady to Linda Gallup.
I, Phyllis Ferguson will my ability to drive to Sharon Stillman.
I, Rita Richards will my natural eyebrows to Lucinda Johnson.
I, Virgil Noel will my speech ability to Larry True.
I, Virgie Stillman will Gary to Kay Johnson in exchange for Norman. I think we both need a change of scenery.
I, Marvin Smith will all my old cigarette wrappers to Peggy Nelson.
I, Sherry Rogers will my height to John Sears.
I, Jean Humphrey will my ability to be boisterous to Mary Davis.
I, Betty Huffman will my ability to laugh all the time to Pat Farrens.
I, Pat Malloy will my cool temper to Lowell Brewer.
I, Kay Farrens will my intelligence to Mick Farrens so that at least one of the Senior Class will make it next year.

Lynna Helms, champion lady wrestler, returns home for a visit.
Sherry Rogers, Secretary of Bacon Veterinarian Clinic, was given an award for buying the most tape from Johnson & Johnson.
Sue Hancock, Governor of Lower Slobovia, asks that American Troops be sent since there is a scarcity of men.
Colonel Virgil Noel, after 4 years on the moon, returns to earth.
Jackie Doll, Mayor of Decatur, finally gets Industry - Storz Brewing Plant.
Rita Richards takes over Portable Lubrication - Emmett Hennig, subordinate.
Virgie Stillman and Betty Huffman, both from Decatur, run for President and Vice President with Mr. Freeland as Campaign Manager.
Pat Malloy, Decaturite, wins Blue Ribbon at 4-H with prize camel.
Jean Humphrey makes tour of USA with speech about "Cheating."
Phyllis Ferguson, renowned speed racing driver, collapses after the shock of hearing from home - she has a brother!!
Marvin Smith, local car salesman, announces his success in perfecting a shorter route of travel to Lyons.
