Subject: Colorado BURNS family (from MI)
Hello Norma,
My gggrandpa was JOHN W BURNS, born April, 1841 in Canada. He was naturalized in 1859. His father was born in Ireland. The US Census for 1900 shows him and his family to be living in Ft. Morgan, Colorado.
His wife, FINIS, was born in New York. His children were: JESSIE BURNS, ROBERT BURNS, and LAURA BURNS, all born in Michigan.
Then INIS BURNS, HOWARD BURNS, and later my ggrandmother, ELMINA BURNS, all born in Colorado.
ELMINA BELZORA BURNS married HERMAN CHARLES SCHULTZ in Ft. Morgan, Colorado.
That is all I know. I would love to know more.
