Descendant of the director of the information center, Doan is also the head of the Arris Dome. The Arris Dome is currently in a difficult period of despair. There's no food, except for what is guarded by robots, and people may eventually starve. For Doan, there is little hope, until his ancestor Marle, accompagnied by Crono and Lucc show up. They destroy the robot guardian and give the people hope in their bleak world. Now Doan guides his people towards a bright future, whenever that may be.
