A strange humanoid, motorcycle-type robot, Johnny has the need for speed. Among his fellow robots, Johnny is the image of cool, as nothing and nobody can match him in a race. This earns him the nickname, "The Man". His punk-like appearance goes well with his racing lifestyle as well. When Crono and compagny recieve the Jet Bike Key, they end up travelling to the old highway through Lab 32, where Johny and his friends like to hang out. Johnny challenges Crono to a race, which Crono wins. This utlimately results in Johnny gaining a respect for Crono, as he invites him to "ride the wind" whenever he is in the neighbourhood.
