Keep them coming back. This is important in retailing. The key is give them a reason to come back. Monthly drawings often help. Here is an idea that will put this concept to work for your business.
Publishers will often give away out of print books as a public relations gesture rather than have them remaindered. Other give away brand new titles as promotions. I suggest you ask publishers for such books. They may have none. They may have many.
(Don't get upset with publishers if they won't provide you with free books. Quite frankly, most won't).
Each month, have a drawing. The winner gets the books given to you by the publishers. Call it a "library."
