Recover the GoldenEye Operations Manual
 

The Operations Manual is in the first room to the left when u leave the jail area. It is inside the safe but of course the safe is locked. To open it, u need to get 2 keys. One key is on a guard in the same room with the safe, and the other key is on another guard in the computer room. When u get the 2 keys, go open the safe and inside is the Operations Manual and 2 PP7's. See the map for directions.
