Appearance - Kirov is a very slight man. He has a very youthful apperance, almost as though he stopped aging in his late teens or early twenties. His dark eyes give away that sentiment if you look closely. His eyes are older than his physical form, or so they appear. He has short, very well kept dark black hair. He is meticulous to the point of being almost nit picky about his clothing and enjoys wearing nice shirts and ties much of the time.
He hates to be dirty or messy and almost always has a comb in his back pocket. He can get rather flustered if he has to go somewhere and he looks a mess.

Personality - Kirov is fairly reserved, alwasy very polite and proper, he's been accused of being slightly old fashioned, but this doesn't seem to bother him. He sees nothing wrong with that. He is excellent with computers, but small household appliances defeat him.
Kirov is in many ways the very opposite of his brother Andrei. Andrei tends to be louder and more forceful than Kirov. Kirov was a fairly active child, until he came into his gift and a rather traumatic experience caused him to become much more withdrawn and introspective. He grew up with his pack, never once knowing about his taint or about Andrei. He left the pack to find his brother when he'd lived for almost 200 years. He has not yet returned and is almost reluctant to because he fears that he will have no place when he returns because of the time that has passed and all that has transpired between then and now.

History - Kirov's mother's name was Marie Clairice Renaldi. She was a full blooded Lupine from a strong family line of Lupines. She was kidnapped in February of 1622 from her home in Russia and taken to a secret lab run by a group of independant vampires. They recieved funding for other projects from the Vampire Council of Elders. The Elders never knew of these experimentations, and they are still unaware of exactly what the research entails. Marie Clairice Renaldi was imprisoned in that lab and raped by an unknown vampire. His name and information has been lost over time. She became pregnant with twins. The vampires restrained her and began a series of treatments to alter the genetic structure of her child. Up till then there had been little or no record of this kind of mixing of vampiric and lupine genetics. In November gave birth to two sons, Andrei and Kirov, before she was shot and killed and the infants were taken into the custody of the scientists.
