Appearance Raegan is every inch the corporate executive and well dressed older gentleman. He wears his clothes very well tailored and is always sharply dressed. His hair is grey and the hairline receding just a bit. He rarely ever smiles, at least not nicely. Even in his 60s he holds the reigns to the multi-billion dollar company that he brought up from nothing with almost no help.
Personality Raegan Garren is very manipulative and controlling. He is very organized and has to have everything just as he likes it or else he gets very angry. He ran his family like the captain of a naval vessel and everything had to be in order just as he wanted it. He had a great deal of trouble raising Alex because Alex questioned and rebelled against everything his father said or did. Samuel was much more easy going and got along better as long as he never stepped out of line.
History Raegan was born to a rather large family that lost almost everything they had in the Great Depression. He was the youngest of eight children and was born too late to remember the Great Depression and too late to fight in WWII. When the Vietnam war came along in 1964 he was drafted to serve in the army. Unwilling to fight Raegan fled to Canada where he met the soft spoken Carmen and then married her in 1967. They had three children, Alexander, Samuel, and Taylan. Eventually Raegans controlling tendencies drove Carmen to extreme alcoholism and they divorced. Raegan took the two older boys and moved back to America where he started a software company. It rose quickly to become a huge multi-billion dollar company under his strict control. He still heads this company today.
