Chicken Fried Steaks

2 1/2 - 3 lbs round steak
1 5 oz can evaporated milk
2 tsp green Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups all purpose flour (divided)
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cracked pepper
vegetable oil

Trim and pound the steak to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into 6-8 pieces. Combine milk, Tabasco sauce and salt in a bowl. Put 1 cup of flour in a seperate bowl. Combine remaining flour and ingredients in a third seperate bowl. Dip each piece of steak in the FLOUR bowl, then in the MILK, then in the SEASONED FLOUR. Heat 1-2 inches of oil in a fry pan. Fry meat until both sides are a golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
