Coca-Cola Pork Chops
(honest to God, they’re GOOD!!)
8 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Coca-Cola
1 cup catsup
brown sugar
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place the pork chops in a baking pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the catsup and Coca-Cola and pour over the pork chops. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the pork chops are tender.
