Cowboy Soup

1 lb ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
1 16 ounce can mixed vegetables
1 10 ounce can Rotel tomatoes
1 13 ounce can Spanish rice
1 14 ½ ounce can stewed tomatoes
1 17 ounce can cream-style corn

In a large stock pot brown the ground beef and onion. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for about one hour. Very hearty stew/soup.
