Lyric’s Plain Spaghetti Sauce
2 6 ounce cans tomato paste
water
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon parsley
Oregano to taste
In a saucepan, combine tomato paste, 4 tomato paste cans of water, garlic
salt, onion salt, celery salt, parsley and orgeano. Bring to a boil, reduce
heat and simmer for 2-3 hours. Serve over anything, add cheese.
You can brown up 1 pound ground beef once the sauce has simmered for
1 ½ hours and add the sauce to the beef - simmer another 30 minutes.
