Supper In A Skillet
6 loin or butterfly pork chops
1 large onion sliced
1 large green pepper cut into rings
1 cup. Minute Rice
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 soup can water
1 cup flour
Salt, pepper and dredge pork chops in flour. Brown on both sides in a small amount of oil. Place onion slices on chops then green pepper rings - pour rice over chops and add soup and water. Cook 45 minutes covered over low heat.
