--SUNDAY--

Bright and early the following day a knock sounded at the door of Alex's, Seifer's, and Irvine's bedroom. Following the wake up call of the previous day all three were at least half dressed when Seifer answered the door. A rather battered, bruised, and bandaged Rusty stood outside their door, a white flag in hand.
"I surrender," he whispered, "just don't let him hurt me any more."
"Who's at the door?" Alex asked as he joined Seifer at the door while in the process of wiping the sleep from his eyes. When he saw Rusty standing there a slightly evil grin crossed his lips. "Oh, a target."
"Down boy," Seifer said, ruffling Alex's hair. "He's here to surrender."
"Can I blow him up anyway?"
Seifer sighed and Rusty grew pale. "I'm sorry for what I've done to you this weekend," Rusty said, his voice trembling with fear of the mage, "I do hope you'll accept my apology."
"Let's see, what did you do to us to make me so angry?" Alex growled, fire flashing in his eyes. "You threatened Irvine. You almost had us arrested. You came after us in a chopper. Your chopper cut the cable on the gondola we were in, not only threatening our lives, but those of innocents."
"And you blew him up several times over," Seifer said, embracing Alex from behind to pin his arms to his sides. "Don't forget that."
"Don't let him hurt me," Rusty whispered, a wet spot growing in his pants. "I'll do whatever you want me to do."
    "Anything?" Alex and Seifer asked.
    "Anything."

A couple of hours later Alex, Seifer, Irvine, Kirinis, Celia, and Tiskili were seated rink side as the ice dancing competition continued. Quistis has since danced her routine, and was watching everything else from the sidelines.
"Next up for our doubles competition is Boomer and Mackenzie," the announcer stated, "and they'll be dancing to 'Dive to My Heart'."
<music: 'Dive to My Heart' - BeForU>
Boomer and Mackenzie skated onto the ice, both dressed in shimmery outfits that more or less left nothing to the imagination.
"Alex, you are the prince of being cruel and inhumane," Seifer commented as Boomer and Mackenzie skated around the rink in time to the music.
"The title of king will be mine when you see Tenal and Rusty," Alex smirked.
"Oh goddess," Quistis sighed, taking her glasses off to clean them, "dare I ask?"
"You'll see," Alex chuckled as Boomer leapt into Mackenzie's arms and effectively plowed him over. "Ouch, that had to hurt."
"Ice skate to his happy place," Irvine said, wincing, "they felt that one in the cheap seats."
"Even with the groin injury he's going to try to finish," the announcer said, "he's got her by the ankles and is twirling her around and... whoops..."
Boomer sailed over their heads, colliding with people at the top of the bleachers, carrying them down to the snowdrift below.
Mackenzie struck the finishing pose, and a pair of hands did the same from behind the bleachers.
"Mackenzie and Boomer everyone," the announcer said as Mack skated off to the side of the rink, where he collapsed in pain. "Up next we have Tenal and Rusty, skating to..."
"Bring Me To Life," Seifer said.
    "Wannabe," Irvine added.
    "Lick It," Quistis said.
"You're all wrong," Alex smirked, crossing his arms with smug satisfaction.
"What song did you pick?" Seifer asked, "Deep Sexy Space?"
    "Nope."
    "Pussy?" Irvine asked.
    "Negatory."
"I Must Increase My Bust," Quistis suggested.
    "Not even close.
    "Then what?!" all three demanded.
"Spank My Booty," the announcer said as Tenal and Rusty skated onto the ice. Tenal wore a leather coat, leather pants, and leather gloves, which was normal for him. Rusty, on the other hand, wore torn fishnet stockings, a leather mini skirt, leather bustier, leather armlets and gloves, and garish makeup. Irvine, Quistis, and Seifer turned to look at Alex, as if to ask, 'You didn't.'
"I so totally went there," Alex smirked, "you may call me king now."
"We're not worthy," Seifer said sarcastically.
"It's scary, but Rusty looks good in drag," Quistis said, "those bustiers really do lift and separate."
"I'll be having nightmares for days," Irvine sighed as Seifer hugged him.
"Serves all of them right for what they did to us, though," Seifer mused, "and leaving the punishment to Alex's sick and twisted mind helped."
"Worship me later," Alex cackled, "they're coming to one of the most difficult tricks in their routine."
Tenal's hands were a blur of motion as he spun Rusty above his head. When he stopped spinning his dance partner the ski patrolman was posing provocatively, wearing only a skimpy thong and even slinkier negligee.
"Spew!" the audience said in unison as the song ended and Alex cackled some more.
"Next, to announce our winners for today's competition," the announcer said as the judges handed him a sealed envelope.
"Taking first place for the woman's ice dance is.... Quistis Trepe!"
"Blimy!" Quistis exclaimed as she skated to center ice among a shower of roses and flower petals. "You like me, you really like me!"
"Gotta wonder how many Trepees there are on the judging panel," Seifer said under his breath.
"For the mixed doubles the award goes to... Claud and Tiffany."
A blond young man and a brunette girl skated onto the ice to accept their award.
"And the first of two new awards," the announce said, building the tension in the area to mind numbing levels. "The first is for ice blunders, and that goes to Mackenzie and Boomer for their nose-dive to my heart."
Silence filled the air, and that was interrupted by Alex, Seifer, and Irvine applauding for their friends.
"The second award is for that disgusting yet original dance for Spank my Booty, Tenal and Rusty."
The silence that filled the air by the second announcement was palpable. Birds that had filled the air with songs prior to the incident were completely silent. A chocobo warked in the distance as people wondered how much therapy they would require to forget what they had seen that day.
"There's a new trauma for you," Seifer said, nudging Alex.
"I'm not about to take credit for that," Alex replied, cringing a little as Tenal and Rusty were given trophies.
"We appreciate all of you coming out today to watch," the announcer said, "we hope you enjoy the rest of your stay with us. Thank you, and have a wonderful day."
"We should probably head back to Garden," Tenal said as he, Boomer, Mackenzie, and Rusty joined with the rest of the group. "The Ragnarock is only on a twenty four hour loan."
"I should get back to work," Rusty said, blushing a little. "After I change out of this, I mean. Stay in touch, and maybe next time we can go for drinks or something."
"We should probably head back as well," Seifer said as Rusty walked off, "stuff to do and things like that."
"See ya at Garden," Mackenzie said as he limped off to catch up with Tenal and Tiskili.
As the roar of the Ragnarock's engines filled the air before vanishing into the distance the eight who had spent the weekend at the resort finished packing, checked out, and packed up the truck for their return trip to Garden.
"Shotgun!" Washu called, hopping into the passenger seat.
"You can have it," Alex said, pulling himself into the seat that Seifer and Irvine were sharing, "I can barely walk."
"All three of us still ache from that stunt you pulled Boomer," Seifer said, glaring at the blond bombshell.
"I said I was sorry," Boomer apologized, "you dressed me up like a freak and put me on ice. What more do you want?"
Alex, Seifer, and Irvine thought for a moment before all three said, "Good point."
"Hey Alex, this fell out of your pocket earlier," Quistis said, tossing the mage a small black box marked 'Last Resort'.
"What is it?" Celia asked, looking over his shoulder.
"Nothing, nothing at all," Alex said nervously.
"Gimme," Boomer said, snatching the box, which she opened. "Ooh, pretty button."
"Boomer, Boomer, do not press the button," Alex pleaded, "You have no idea of what it..."
Boomer pressed the button, electrocuting everyone in the truck while shorting out all of the systems.
".... Does," Alex sighed, exhaling a stream of smoke.
"Some last resort at the last resort I'll ever invite Boomer to," Quistis said as she switched the truck to manual drive and pulled out of the parking lot.
"I said I was sorry," Boomer pleaded.
"You're fixing all of the damage."
"I still said I was sorry. Do you want to dress me up again?"
    "Only if you're volunteering..."
    "Never mind."
    "Boomer," Alex said.
    "What?"
    "Shut up."

"Hey, Seifer here, telling you to stay tuned to Slayers Fantasy. Though I have no idea what's in store for us in the future, chances are it'll be action packed, adventure filled, and high in lemon and lime flavoring. Stay tuned, or Alex will really cause some trouble."
