It was yet another battle with the forces of
the Negaverse. Sailor Star Dancer once again used the gold ring which
gave him super speed and agility. Shot after shot was fired in his
direction, and he dodged each one. As his speed increased, so did
the chance for a sonic boom to strike ground zero. His visor activated,
shielding his eyes and giving him a current read out of his speed.
400 MPH:
Enemies are confused and wondering, "Where
did he get that speed!?"
500 MPH:
Allies are getting pounded. Alex sweeps
through, picking them up and leaving a cover of dust in his wake.
700 MPH:
Enemies can't detect target locks of any of
the Senshi or Warriors.
750 MPH:
SONIC BOOM!! Enemies blown to pieces,
hole in ground, and no sign of the Sailor Senshi.
"What the hell happened?" Sailor Star
Blaze asked when all had recovered.
"I think I broke the sound barrier,"
Sailor Star Dancer said.
"You did more than that," Warrior Night
said, "Where are we?"
"Well," Sailor Callisto said, "we appear
to be in some sort of compound."
"This makes no sense," Warrior Draco
said.
"Why's that?" Sailor Hellfire asked.
"The math just doesn't add up. Alex
hit 750 miles per hour and broke the sound barrier. There is no possible
way to jump through time and space."
"Well, we're here and need to get some information,"
Warrior Venus said, "Night, scout for a computer terminal or something
to tap into."
"I'm on top of that," Warrior Night
said. He hiked around for a couple minutes until he found a terminal.
He activated it and began punching keys. A couple minutes later he
exclaimed, "This is interesting. Armor types are Necromancer and
Magitech, both heavy duty!"
"Um, Darren," Neo - Sailor Jupiter said,
"look out behind you!"
Warrior Night turned to face a person in Magitech
armor. He froze, unable to move. The person prepared a tek
missile and aimed at Darren's heart.
Lizz witnessed this and knew she had to do
something. She had lost many important people in her life and that
made her, not to mention her powers, all that much stronger. She
decided that tonight she was not about to lose another close friend.
"Hey, bolt brain!" she shouted.
When she got the person's attention, she shouted, "Prepare to be dusted.
Jupiter Thunder Clap Zap!"
The disk of energy spiraled at the armor,
telling all to move away from the blast area. The disk made contact
and exploded, but didn't exactly damage the way she had intended.
The crippled armor began to lean, tipping toward the still frozen Warrior
Night.
"Darren!" she shouted, trying to get
his attention. When that didn't work, she leapt into the air and
became her old self, Hexagon Myst.
"I summon the powers of water to save my close
friend. Hexagon Myst!!"
Twin triangles of water energy formed and
spiraled through the air, forming a six pointed star. The star flew
down and picked Darren up while at the same time put the Magitech armor
out of commission.
As the armor fell, Alex took his Mars medallion
from beneath his shirt and began to charge it. Flames encircled the
symbol in the center. A couple seconds later Alex performed the movement's
for Sailor Mars' Burning Mandala power. When he reached the end,
flame rings fired from the medallion and from his hands, all making contact
with the armor and turning it to dust.
With the Magitech armor destroyed, all the
senshi knew they had to run like hell.
Darren plugged his computer into the terminal and down loaded
all the important files. After that he drew a laser pistol from his
utility belt and blasted the terminal to pieces. He then rejoined
the Sailor Senshi.
"What the hell did you do that for?"
Warrior Mars asked.
"Security reasons. Needed the files
for important reasons. Also makes one less terminal we have to worry
about."
As he finished his sentence, Darren spun the
pistol around on his finger a few times, performed a couple of sharp shooter
tricks, and re - holstered his weapon. He then took out his computer
and accessed the files.
"Let's see.... Magitech armor.... Necromancer
armor.... Power armor.... Magitech weapons... "
"Is there anything we can use?!" Cathy
asked.
"Well, I found a way to turn the Star Senshi
into the Star Warriors."
"And that is?" Tod asked.
"With these."
Darren closed his fist and energy glowed around
it. He opened his hand again and produced five pens. He gave
one with thunderbolts to Steve, one with star bursts to Tod, one with waves
to Richard, one with flames to Matt, and one with rainbows to Rachel.
They hoisted their pens into the air, along with Alex, Bryan, and Dan.
Light circled the pens and their symbols appeared, only to twirl around
and release their elements. Each then shouted a new transformation
phrase.
"Saturn Nova Power!"
"Nova Eclipse Power!"
"Thunderbolt Nova Power!"
"Hellfire Nova Power!"
"Sun Nova Power!"
"Earth Life Power!"
"Arctic Chill Nova Power!"
"FireStar Nova Power!"
As their transformations finished, each was
wearing some armor, ranging in sizes and shapes. No sooner than they
had transformed, several units of Magitech and Necromancer armor surrounded
them.
"We are in it deep!" Darren exclaimed.
Just then the new warriors went into their
appearances and introductions. Warrior Nova appeared first, wearing
chest and shoulder armor of rainbow colors and spandex shorts, plus knee
high rainbow colored boots.
"I am Warrior Nova and I'm gonna burn ya'!"
Warrior Earth appeared next, wearing golden
body armor and baggy brown slacks and golden leather boots.
"Shake and quake 'cause I'm Warrior Earth!"
Warrior Thunderbolt appeared, wearing emerald
green chest and shoulder armor and emerald and gold gauntlets along with
baggy green slacks and black leather boots.
"Lightning always strikes twice when I'm around.
I'm Warrior Thunderbolt!"
Next up was Warrior Hellfire, wearing red
chest, shoulder, and wrist armor along with baggy crimson pants and black
leather boots.
"Flames dance when I come near. I'm
Warrior Hellfire."
Next was Warrior Saturn's turn to appear.
He was dressed in violet body and shoulder armor, violet, gold, and black
gauntlets, black baggy pants, and royal violet and black leather boots.
"I command types of rings that you don't want
to wear. I am Warrior Saturn!"
Warrior Arctic Chill appeared next, dressed
in royal blue chest and shoulder armor with gauntlets of blue and gold,
along with dark blue baggy pants and black leather boots.
"Freeze sleeze 'cause the freezer king is
here. I'm Warrior Arctic Chill!"
Warrior Sun appeared next, dressed in red
and gold body and shoulder armor, with gauntlets of the same colors.
He wore a head band with his symbol on it. Also, his hands were wrapped
in cloth with the same symbol. He wore baggy red pants and crimson
leather boots.
"Worship me like many others have before.
I am Warrior Sun!"
Finally, Warrior FireStar appeared, dressed
in amber and silver chest and shoulder armor with gauntlets of a similar
color. He wore baggy orange - yellow slacks and tan leather boots.
"Burn in hell demon spawn. I'm Warrior
FireStar!"
As soon as they finished their introductions,
the armor units captured them, knocked out the rest of the Senshi and Warriors,
and took off. As they were running, Warrior Night came to and followed
the armor units to a large castle. He hid in the shadows and waited
for sun down.
The pain came swiftly, the sound of cracking
bone and shattering tendon filling the air of the small room. Steve
Huff was tied to a chair, a large man at his feet, breaking them.
All Steve could do was stare at the top of his tormentor's head, lightning
bolts flashing through his dark eyes. He put his hands above the
man's head, sparks flying between his fingers. The electricity formed
an orb. Steve then whispered two words, "Thunder Ball," before
smashing the orb against the man's head.
Lightning raced through the man's body, ending
the torture he was inflicting on the Star Warriors. As the man shuddered
from all the energy running through his system, Steve remarked, "You can
dish it out, but you sure can't take it!" After a few more seconds
of electrical current running through his system, the man gave one final
gasp before collapsing to the cold metallic floor. Steve then
groaned in pain before sliding out of the chair, beneath the ropes, and
then to the floor.
The rest of the Star Warriors were in shock
from what Steve had done. They were also suffering assorted breaks
and bruises. Rachel was suffering bruises and cuts on her face.
Tod had some bruised ribs and a twisted ankle. Alex had a broken
forearm from defending himself. Dan lost a couple teeth and a chunk
of his scalp. Bryan was holding up with only a dislocated shoulder.
Matt and Richard each suffered dislocated hips and broken legs. Steve
was the lucky one with his newly shattered ankle.
"This is really bad," Matt said, "some
of us are in no shape to travel, not to mention fight."
"I'm the only one without much physical damage,"
Rachel said as she freed herself from her bonds and stood up. She
sat back down for a second to catch her breath and to recover from a dizzy
spell. Bryan, Dan, and Alex managed to free themselves and help the
other three to their feet. As they hobbled towards the door, it burst
open and in stepped Warrior Night.
"Hey, miss me?" Darren asked.
The look from the others was not amusing.
"Darren, can you find us a way to get out
of here?" Matt asked.
"Yup. Already did. There is some
Magitech armor awaiting you outside."
As the group hobbled out of the room, Darren
lent a hand to Matt and Richard. When they reached the armor, Darren
calmly helped the critically injured into the armor before turning his
attention to Alex.
"Hey, Alex, why not use the Phoenix power
to heal yourself?" Darren asked.
"I haven't used it in such a long time it's
gonna be difficult to control."
"Just try it."
Alex concentrated and sure enough the energy
field of the Phoenix appeared, but began to fizzle almost as quickly.
When Darren saw this happen he took a small capsule from his utility belt
and attached it to Alex's belt. A couple seconds later the Phoenix
flared back twice as strong. Alex took to the air, his wounds healing,
his energy renewed and his armor growing in strength. As soon as
Alex completed this recharge he landed and asked Darren, "What the hell
is this thing?"
"It's called Magicite. It's the remains
of the Phoenix Esper."
"What is this place?!"
"It's a Magitech factory, where Espers go
to die. You had one before this in your magic pouch, which gave you
your fire power."
"Ifrit!?"
"I found all the ones in this factory, which
is quite a few. Here, I have Kirin, Fenrir, Ramuh, Siren, and quite
a bunch more."
"Do you think there is a way to revive them?"
"It might be possible. Right now we
need to get out of here!"
With those words they ran to catch up with
the rest of the group.
As they walked through all the corridors and
passageways of the factory they were constantly under attack. They
used the powers of the Espers and of the Magitech armor to vanquish the
attackers. Eventually they heard the screams of humans. Humans
who were both scared and in pain. An especially ear splitting shriek
filled the air.
"That was Serena!" Alex exclaimed as
he took off at top speed.
"Alex, wait!!" Rachel yelled, "It might
be a..... "
But it was too late. Alex ran head first
into a fairly large creature. He looked up into eyes that were cold
and full of hate. Muscles rippled beneath purple skin and stubby
fingers gave way to nails which were six inches long and diamond sharp.
Alex backed away slowly, then turned around and ran at top speed.
He felt the person's heavy foot steps banging against the metal floor,
the thunderous motion lifting Alex an inch into the air with every step.
Unknown to the fleeing person, the creature raised one clawed hand into
the air and brought it down, slashing the armor plating on Alex's back
and cutting a good four inches off of his prized tail.
When Alex saw how much hair was cut away,
his eyes turned red and the hair grew back. The creature began to
show fear in its cold eyes, but never showed it on its face. Alex's
armor regenerated and increased in power, a twin scabbard forming and throwing
knives appearing on the gauntlets. One gauntlet opened up and a half
dozen enchanted throwing stars appeared. To finish the improvements
Alex's visor materialized.
"Everyone, run for cover!" a strange
voice said. It took them a couple seconds to realize it was Alex's.
Warrior Night called upon his Galaxy Aura Barrier to protect them from
whatever was going to happen.
"I'm Warrior Saturn and if you wanted trouble,
you've got a whole lot coming your way. Mars Napalm Bolo Engulf!"
A swarm of fiery bolos converged on the creature
and wrapped around it, burning it severely. The creature, on the
other hand, teleported away from the flames and allowed them to drop to
the floor. Alex took this moment to warm up for another attack.
"Saturn Flame Rings Attack!"
Multiple rings of fire flew through the air
and attacked the creature, but this particular one had adapted and reflected
them right back at Alex. Alex dodged and opened up another attack.
"Nitro Bubbles Blast!"
Hundreds of bubbles flew through the air and
made contact with the floors, etc., and exploded, throwing everything into
disarray. Alex took this distraction to call upon the Phoenix and
take to the sky. As he flew over the creature's head, an arm reached
up and grabbed his leg. Before Alex could react he was hurtling through
the air and into the cold metal wall. He hit, hard, and slumped to
the floor, unconscious.
The creature saw he had been triumphant and
moved in for the kill. As the creature approached, a form flew through
the air at an incredible speed and slammed head long into the creature,
knocking it a good twenty feet away. Alex chose that moment to awaken.
He sat up slowly, clutching his head and moaning, "What the hell hit me?"
A familiar voice answered, "Who knows. All I know is he'll have one
hell of a headache when he comes to."
Alex looked up to see Joss down on one knee,
catching his breath from the attack. Joss looked up, smiled, and
said, "What would you do without me?" Alex groaned in displeasure.
Joss helped Alex to his feet and the two ran to catch up with their friends.
Once they rejoined the group, Derek brought Alex up to date.
".... and they tortured most of us.
That was when Serena screamed. He had managed to rip her uniform
to pieces and was in the process of doing something unspeakable when he
heard you guys. He left us long enough for me to free us and for
us to break out. That was when Joss saw him going after you.
He used his cannon ball attack to knock him away."
"How bad is everyone?" Alex asked.
Derek ran a long list of injuries by Alex,
causing multiple sweat drops to form on Alex's head. By the time
Derek finished, Alex was in shock. He tried to speak, but little
sound would come out. Derek, being the impatient type, smacked Alex
upside the head HARD, causing Alex's vision to black out for a few seconds.
Once his vision returned, so did his senses and a battle ensued.
"You SOB!" Alex exclaimed, "Why did
you do that!?"
"You weren't with it!" Derek replied.
Alex struck a battle stance and said, "Prepare
to defend yourself, cretin!"
"Why are you doing this?!" Derek asked.
"I'm gonna teach ya' not to mess with me!"
"Stop it you two!" Ami said, stepping
in between them.
"What has gotten into the two of you?!"
Lita demanded.
"He's being a dick head!" the two said
at the same time, pointing to one another.
"This is going no place fast!" Dorrie
said.
"No kidding," Ana replied.
"I swear I'm gonna pound him flat!"
Alex yelled, trying to push Ami out of his way. Lita moved in and
restrained him.
"Let me go!"
"Not until we find out what crawled up your
ass and died!" Richard said.
"I'll tell you what happened. I'm sick
and tired of people bothering me and hitting me and let me tell you the
next person to hit me is going to get their asses whipped!!"
Sweat drops formed on everyone's heads.
Lita released Alex and they continued on their exit, running the entire
way. The only time they stopped was when they ran head first into
a large metal door.
The armors collided first, followed by everyone
else. The confusion caused by this incident was also quite painful
for everyone, for the armor fell backwards into the crowed. When
the confusion ended everyone was trying to get their thoughts together.
They weren't aware of the 100 Borgs surrounding them until it was too late.
"It is useless to resist us," one of
the Borgs said as the Sailor Senshi were being dragged away.
"Oh, shut up!" Alex said as he tried
to break free from the Borgs' powerful grip.
"What are we gonna do?" Crystal asked.
"Can't you use your Crystal Shining Web?"
Matt asked.
"I can try. Crystal Shining Web!"
A cage made of quartz and other crystals erupted
in front of the Borgs. When they tried to turn another wall formed.
They repeated until they were completely surrounded by crystal walls.
"Now that we're not going any where, what
are we going to do?" Chris asked.
"Kick some butt!" Lita said as she broke
free from her attacker's grasp. She then began her attack.
"Supreme Thunder Crash!"
Lita's attack struck one borg and caused it
to explode. Once that was done she began a second attack.
"Sparkling Wide Pressure!"
Lita's second attack wiped out the borg that
was holding Darren and continued on to strike another borg, which had adapted
to her electrical attacks. Fortunately Darren had unpredictable attacks.
"Galaxia Gun Fire!"
The energy blast destroyed the borgs holding
Matt Emmerton and Heath, Richard, and Rachel. They joined in the
butt kicking.
"Alex, time to wake up. You need to study."
"Aww, Luna, I don't want to wake up.
I feel like I've been hit by a Mack truck."
Luna walked over Alex's face, using her tail
to tickle his nose. After a couple seconds Alex sneezed, sending
Luna through the air. A couple seconds later Artemis and Diana joined
in, both annoying Alex to the point where he woke up.
"All right! I'm up already! But
where am I?" he asked. looking at his surroundings.
"I'm willing to say the time space pocket
where we live," Nichole said.
"That is right," Shirly said, "After
that explosion I had enough power to teleport us here."
"I need to study," Ami said, "I have
a test in two weeks and I am way behind!"
Sweat drops formed on everyone's head.
"Hey, I hear Bloody Roses is playing at the
Chicago Stadium in 2078!!" Serena said.
"Shirly, you got tickets for all of us?"
Dan asked.
"Yup. Portal is open and we're ready
to rock and roll!!"
With that they ran off, picking up those who
were still crashing and took off for Chicago Stadium in 2078. There
they would have a great time.
"YEAH!!!" Dorrie cheered as they watched
the concert, "This group rules!" Just then the leader of the group
spoke.
"And now for our final piece. We're
dedicating this to a pretty lady who comes from the moon who saved our
concert last time. Let's give a cheer for Sailor Moon and the Sailor
Senshi!"
The crowed roared in response. After
it calmed down he continued.
"We call this song 'Stop the Insanity!'.
Hit it boys!!"
A driving rock beat on the drums gave way
to guitars and key boards. After a couple minutes of music the lyrics
came in.
Before the Sailor Senshi and Warriors crashed,
Alex and Darren took all the Magicite fragments to the hidden lake, which
returned after Juliet joined up. They cast the shards into the lake,
making a wish every time. After all had been cast in they turned
to leave, but turned back when the sky turned bright as day. They
witnessed Esper after Esper leave the lake. The Espers floated above
the water and seemed to say, 'Thank you'. The two waved and said,
"Good luck!" to every Esper. Before they turned back they looked
to the sky to see a special message.
To the Sailor Senshi and Warriors:
Thanks for the save. We hope your range
of
magic spells and powers increase drastically
in the next few days.

When the message finally vanished, both of their communicators went off, all lines full. Alex looked at Darren and they both shrugged before tossing the communicators into the air and destroying them with a sonic boom.
