Episode 24:
More Portal Problems

“Hi, this is Serena. O.K., it’s like this. In the last episode of Sailor Moon N Andrew McAnirlin turned evil and tried to destroy the forces of good. Luckily Warrior Saturn opened a portal, sucking in himself, Andrew, Darren, Derek, Jason, Josh, and Adderson. Unfortunately the group got separated in time and space, ultimately ending up in different locations in different time periods. Alex joined up with Naomi Armitage; Jason and Darren joined up with the mysterious, yet super cute Warrior Scorpio, who is an acquaintance of Sailor Pluto; Adderson ended up with the New Ronin Warriors, while the others eventually rejoined the main fighting force. In the end everyone was reunited, and they did defeat Dark Ganymede and now Andrew is mortal, but still a mutant. But now a new threat awaits them on Mars in the year 2080, which happens to be the home of Armitage. So, without further adieu, episode 24 of Sailor Moon N begins!”

   <music: Moonlight Legend, opening theme>

The portal opened without warning, dumping the huge group of people in the middle of a busy intersection and causing a multi car pile up. Once the group got things sorted out they heard the sounds of gunfire and saw the resulting explosions. They then ran towards the chaos, only to see the army of Third types losing the battle against the Mars army.
“This is terrible!” Serena shrieked, “All of this death and destruction! And for what?!”
“They wish to wipe out my kind because we’re different,” Naomi said, “they think that we pose a threat, but we wish to live in peace with humans.”
“And they actually called in the ARMY?!” Jubilee and Roxy said in unison, “This must be serious!”
Just then one of the robot warriors turned and spotted them. A couple of seconds later more of the robots turned to face the group.
“We’re in deep trouble now!” Matt said. Just then the sound of a chant filled the air, emanating from Alex, Warrior Scorpio, Adderson, and Jack. These four had formed a small circle, joined hands, and were calling upon divine intervention.
“Guardians of all forces of nature, hear our call, hear our plea. Grant us the power we require to vanquish this new darkness that threatens us.”
As they chanted, symbols for natural elements appeared on their foreheads, their warrior symbols also appearing; a flame for Alex, a water drop for Jack, a whirl wind for Scorpio, and a globe for Adderson. The four then levitated off of their ground, their auras glowing in the same colors as the symbols. They then called out new phrases in ethereal voices.

 “Fire Storm Powers!”
 “Ice Storm Powers!”
 “Thunderstorm Powers!”
 “Sandstorm Powers!”
The four began a new transformation, their armors changing shape and size, which was rudely interrupted by a fairly large energy bolt blazing through the area, destroying a fairly large amount of land in the process. The four who were transforming fell and quickly returned to their mortal forms, their energy exhausted.
     “Alex! Adderson! Jack!” everyone shouted.
“The buck stops here!” Jubilee shouted, turning in the direction of the blast. Sweat drops formed on everyone’s heads.
“Nicole, defense shields!” Ami shouted, “Darren, track and identify the attacker!”
     “Silence Wall!”
Sailor Saturn spun her glaive about, holding it before her body, an energy barrier extending around them. Once the defensive barrier was in place Darren, John Lynn, and Ami activated their visors and began to track the energy blast.
“The blast came from the north east quadrant,” John said.
“Top of Mars Tower...” Ami added.
“And came from one pissed off little guy,” Darren finished.
“This means MAJOR trouble,” Dan said, “what are we going to do now!?”
“We kick some butt,” Rachel said, “that’s what we do!”
One of the robots chose that moment to punch the silence wall, causing Nicole to flinch a little bit. The robot punched again, causing her to drop to one knee. Two more robots joined in on pounding against the silence wall, causing Nicole to drop to the ground on both knees, yet she managed to keep her wall erect. Just as the wall was about to fall, several rings of ice energy blasted by the group and blew the robots to scrap metal. Everyone turned to see Alex, Jack, Adderson, and the now mortal Warrior Scorpio.
“Alex!” Nicole shouted, running over to him and wrapping her arms around his neck, “I was so worried about you.”
“You miss me?” Alex asked, grinning from ear to ear.
“Who’s the Latin stud muffin?” Roxy asked as she looked Scorpio over from head to toe, her eyes turning to hearts.
“I’m Dennis Anderson, and I go to the same university as Alex, Adderson, Jack, Jordan, Mike, Josh, Nate... aw, hell, a good chunk of your group.”
“We still haven’t taken care of the army or Tetsuo,” Sailor Pallas said.
“That’s right,” Naomi said, “we still have double trouble to contend with.”
“We’ll take care of Tetsuo,” Alex said, hoisting his right hand into the air, “Star Crystal Power!”
The jewel in his ring glowed before releasing a mass of ribbons, which wrapped around his forearm and formed his gauntlet. The jewels in his gauntlet glowed before releasing energy in the form of rings, which wrapped around his body and formed his armor and the rest of his outfit. Once Alex had transformed into Warrior Saturn he turned to Dennis, Adderson, and Jack and said, “Hurry up and transform because we gotta jet for Mars Tower!”
“Right,” Adderson said, “Universe Life Power!”
An amulet in the shape of a starburst formed on Adderson’s chest. A galaxy formed behind his body, cosmic dust and star energy wrapping around his body and forming his armor. Once Adderson had transformed into Warrior Universe he asked Armitage, “Would it be possible to get a car or truck of some sort here?”
“Yes, that’s very possible,” Armitage said, “Why?”
“Because we might need one,” Jack said, taking his pen and hoisting it into the air, “Ganymede Nova Power!”
Flames erupted from the pen and wrapped around Jack’s body, forming flame red armor, black pants, and black boots with flecks of red and gold. Once Jack had transformed into Warrior Ganymede, Ross pulled up in a jeep.
“What do you need the jeep for?” Ross asked, giving the four a questioning glance.
“You’ll see in a minute,” Dennis said, taking a black and gold bracer and slipping it onto his left wrist. He held his left hand aloft and shouted, “Scorpio Nova POWER!”
The constellation of Scorpio formed behind him, the scorpion utilizing its tail to form a shower of gold and silver. Once the shower ended Dennis had become Warrior Scorpio. He joined Saturn, Universe, and Ganymede in the jeep. Universe relieved Ross in the driver’s seat while Scorpio chose some members of the warriors for backup.
“X, Sun, Mars, FireStar, Hellfire, Thunderbolt, Phoenix, Thunderbird, and Arctic Chill... all of you come with us. Everyone else goes with Armitage to take out the army and hopefully save the rest of the angelic women.”
“WE actually get to do something?” Warrior Phoenix asked in surprise.
“These will probably be our only lines of dialogue for the next couple of episodes or so,” Warrior Thunderbird said, “so milk the publicity while you can.”
“Hey, why weren’t we invited?” Warrior Callisto asked, indicating himself and Warrior Night.
“Yeah,” Night said, “why weren’t we invited. We’re some of the stronger members of the warriors here.”
“Oooooh, all right, the two of you can come along as well,” Saturn said as he hopped into the back seat of the jeep, “Universe, step on it!”
Warrior Universe put the pedal to the floor, sending the jeep to 100+ MPH in a matter of seconds. Warriors Arctic Chill, Phoenix, and Thunderbird held on for dear life as the jeep roared off. The remaining warriors, on the other hand, took to the sky using the jet pack options that their armor came with. Once the group of warriors was out of sight, Armitage turned to the Sailor Senshi and the remaining Warriors and said, “I guess we had better take care of that army.” She then turned around and said, “Onward!”
With that she took to the sky and headed in the direction of the army, followed a short distance behind by the remaining super powered defenders of justice.

Meanwhile, the warriors led by Scorpio were on their way to Mars Tower at over 200 MPH. Once they were within the range of vision of the tower, psychic force blasts began to rock the landscape, one eventually striking the jeep and blowing it to pieces. Fortunately, Warriors Arctic Chill, Phoenix, Thunderbird, Saturn, and Universe leapt from the jeep seconds before it exploded activated their jet packs, and took to the air with the others. Unfortunately some of the flying wreckage struck Saturn’s jet pack, causing it to self destruct. Saturn fell to the ground, landing on his right arm and skidding a few feet before colliding with a large rock with his right shoulder. Warriors Sun and Phoenix descended to aid him.
“Is anything broken?” Warrior Phoenix asked, lifting up his face shield.
“No, but my shoulder is killing me!” Saturn moaned. He then tried to use his right arm to prop himself up, but flopped back onto his stomach. He then used his left arm to prop himself up as he got to his feet. Once on his feet again he said, “Well, this cuts it. I can’t use most of my Venus powers and stuff.”
“What about other powers, like your own?” Warrior Sun asked, lifting up his own face plate and sliding it back on top of his head.
“It’s going to be tough because some of them require the use of that arm, and the pain is...” he winced and bit his lip, “... killing me.”
Just then several psychic blasts flew at the three, destroying everything that got into their path. When they were too close for comfort Warrior X leapt into the path and formed a shield.
     “X Energy Shield Absorb!”
The shield absorbed the psychic blasts and redirected them harmlessly off to the sides. The three who would have been charred to a crisp looked up to their savior, who smiled and winked at them through his face shield.
“You couldn’t cut it any closer, could you Jordan?!” Phoenix said sarcastically.
“Sorry Matt, but that’s the way I live my life,” Warrior X said, “I can’t change that, can I?”
“Guys,” Saturn said, turning blue, “I don’t... I don’t feel so good.”
The jewel in his ring shattered a moment later, his armor disintegrating into ribbons, which wrapped around Jordan, Dan, and Matt and leaving him in a very weakened state. When the other warriors flew down to untangle the mess a force bubble surrounded them and transported them to the tower and into a cell, where the bubble popped and deposited the group. Upon regaining consciousness they looked around to see themselves trapped in a spherical room with no doors and no windows.
“How are we going to get out?” Steve Young asked as he tested the walls.
“We could try blasting our way out,” Doug said, “Plasma Bomb!”
Doug formed an energy orb, which he hurled at the wall. Unfortunately the wall absorbed the orb and redirected it back at Doug. Upon impact the sphere exploded, shattering the chest plate of his armor and reversing his transformation.
“Woah,” Doug moaned as he struggled to sit up, “that really sucked.”
“Let me try,” Steve Young said, “Mars Celestial Fire Surround!”
The flame rings made contact with the wall and were absorbed. They were then redirected back at the group, who danced about trying to avoid being burned to a cinder. Once the rings vanished, Darren said, “O.K., this really blows. Aura...”
As he started to summon his attack, though, Alex kicked his feet out, sending the armor clad person down and into Alex’s lap. Darren turned his head, gave Alex a dirty look, and asked, “Why did you do that?!”
“Two attacks being absorbed and redirected back at the people who used them usually means bad news,” Alex said.
“You should listen to your friend,” Tetsuo’s voice boomed, “I copied the abilities of Malachite’s dark dome and Birdie’s ice bubble and integrated them into your cell. As you can see it’s very effective. Since you’re all tied up in here I can go help the army destroy the Sailor Senshi.”
With that Tetsuo let loose a demonic laugh, which echoed through the chamber for a couple of minutes after he left. The Warriors were not too amused by this and sat in silence for quite some time before Doug said, “So, how long has everyone been battling the forces of evil?”
“I’ve been there from the start,” Dan said, “Tod, Steve, and I were part of the Mutant Crew, which was the original group of us.”
“Which Alex started,” Steve said, “all of us weren’t major league good friends until we discovered our common link.... our mutant powers.”
“He brought us all together,” Tod said, “and since then our lives have been one adventure after another.”
Alex blushed and said, “We have had some pretty wild adventures, haven’t we?”
“We joined on a bit later,” Matt said, “Rich and I discovered our powers a little later and joined on around the time we sent Crescent Island into an alternate universe.”
“And I still don’t know what all of my powers are,” Rich said, “but I’ve stopped counting. Anyways, the action is pretty cool, and we are rarely ever bored any more.”
“I’ve been fighting the forces of evil for a REALLY long time,” Dennis said, “Sailor Pluto has taught me most of what I know about time travel and my powers, but I’m still in training.”
“We’ve been with Alex since the trip to Florida,” Matt Heath said, “we joined on as mutants, but a little later on Luna, Diana, and Artemis gave us our power items, and later on we upgraded to warriors.”
     “What he said,” Doug said.
“And I joined on after Shaleel captured my friends and assimilated them,” Darren said, “I still haven’t found my friends, but I intend to find them and save them.”
“I joined after Jedite kidnapped and gave me my Warrior powers,” Adderson said, “but I knew Alex from the university, and he called in a few favors.”
“I teamed up after the fun park,” Jordan said, “with Mike, Alison, and Alyssa. Before that we were on our own looking for the others.”
“Same here,” Jason said, “but I have a grudge with Tetsuo. He blew up Josh and Nate the day we joined up with you guys.”
While each person told their history, Alex pulled a bottle of glittering nail polish from his sub space pocket and began to apply it to the nails on his left hand. When he noticed the silence he looked up to face a room full of stares.
“What is everyone looking at?” he asked, rather puzzled.
“YOU wear nail polish?” Dan asked in disbelief.
“Now and again, but it’s only clear stuff with glitter in it,” Alex said in defense.
“Oh well,” Matt Emmerton sighed, “what else is new.”
As the nail polish dried, energy began to spark around the fingers on Alex’s left hand. Once the energy sparked to dangerous levels Jordan cried, “Fire in the hole!” before diving behind Alex. Everyone else followed in suit. Alex then pointed at the wall and a delta beam fired from his fingers. Everyone dove for cover, expecting the beam to rebound. But after a minute or so of waiting for what wasn’t coming everyone looked to the wall to see a little wisp of smoke floating from it.
“What the hell happened?” Jason asked.
“Don’t know,” Alex said, “Darren, any explanation?”
“Scanning,” Darren said, activating his visor. He scanned the wall for a minute before deactivating the visor and shrugging his shoulders since he had no explanation. Everyone else sighed.
“I think I might have an idea of what happened,” Adderson said after a minute.
     “And that is?” Jason asked.
“The walls are meant to absorb and redirect Sailor and Warrior attacks, right?”
     “So?” Steve Young asked.
“Well, Alex’s delta beam was independent of his Warrior powers.”
     “Go no,” Tod said, nodding.
“Well, if one tiny delta beam can singe the wall, what would a large delta attack do?”
“Good question,” Dan said, “Steve, Alex, are you up to it?”
“Don’t see why not,” Steve said, putting his fist out.
“I’m game,” Alex said, touching his fist to Steve’s.
“Alright!” Dan said, touching his fist to those of the other two, completing the link and forming the triangle. The three then closed their eyes and concentrated on their elements, lifting off of the ground a few inches.

“Water!”
“Lightning!”
“Fire!”
“DELTA STORM!!”
Twin pyramids formed above the three, first water, then fire, and finally lightning. There was an intense flash of light and when everyone recovered they could see the ceiling was vaporized, opening the way and means of escape.
“We’re FREE!” Jordan shouted in excitement.
“Coolness,” Dan said, “we’ve still got the moves!”
“And I have to transform,” Alex said, reaching into his pocket and taking out his pen, “Saturn Nova POWER!”
As he hoisted his right arm into the air, he gritted his teeth and waited for the transformation to take effect. Once he had transformed, he looked to the others, smiled, and said, “Let’s kick Tetsuo’s butt!”
“And I have found his location,” Darren said, “the gravity dome in the center of the entertainment sector is where he is planning his next attack. The kicker is that tonight the Spice Girls are playing!”
“Let’s go for it,” Doug said, “shall we use the sailor teleport?”
“Better idea,” Alex said, shocking everyone else, “We can use a Delta Teleport.”
“Delta Teleport?!” everyone exclaimed in unison. A sweat drop formed on Alex’s head.
“Similar to the delta storm or delta force powers,” Star said, phasing in head first with the teleport finishing at the tip of his tail.
“It’s about time you showed up,” Alex said, “Did you find out anything useful?”
“Sure did. That delta teleport is really simple to use. Three people pooling their powers can teleport up to at least twelve others, but it depends upon the size of the triangle, the type of triangle used, the strength of those using it.... well, let’s just say that a lot of variables go into it.”
“Which means we need to choose carefully,” Tod said, “we still have a LONG way to go before we wrap this up, so we need to be at our peak levels...”
“Meaning three strong people need to perform the teleport,” Steve Huff said.
     “I volunteer,” Darren said.
     “Me also,” Dennis said.
“And I make three,” Adderson said, “Star, how do we perform this teleport thing?”
“Form a large equilateral triangle,” Star instructed. Once the triangle was formed he continued with his directions.
“O.K., the three of you each possess one of the elements that makes up the world. When the three come together, Shadow energy is formed. Lightning, Fire, and Water / Ice are the main energies which you possess. Darren’s element is fire, since his attacks center on flames and heat. Dennis’ element is ice / water, though I haven’t witnessed any of his attacks. Finally Adderson’s is lighting, which is the same as Alex’s since the two are so close.
“The three must call upon their element, and in unison call upon the teleport power. Are you ready?”
     “Ready,” Darren said, “Fire!”
     “Water!”
     “Lightning!”
Energy sparked and crackled around the group, beginning to open a gate way. Star leaped onto Darren’s shoulder and shouted, “Now, summon the teleport!”
The three looked to one another before shouting, “Delta Teleport!”
Energy crackled some more, forming an odd shaped bubble around the warriors. Once the bubble had formed it rose from the ground and entered the portal. Once the bubble had fully entered, the portal shut, leaving behind the destroyed cell.

Elsewhere on Mars, the remaining Warriors and the Sailor Senshi were marching towards the desert, where Naomi and the other third types had reported the army to be. As they emerged over the peak of a ridge, laser fire cut through the air. Fortunately nobody fell from the first salvo, but there were a couple of laser burns and some singed hair.
Jack let out a colorful curse under his breath before saying, “It’s an ambush!”
“What gave that away, smarty pants?!” Serena said sarcastically.
“We don’t have time to argue now,” Mina said, stepping between the pair.
“Yeah guys,” Lita added, “we’re under attack, so worry about that now and argue later.”
“Well, let’s kick some butt!” Rei said, producing her flame bow. She peeked over the ridge, then poked her bow out. She drew back the string, an arrow of fire forming. She then released the arrow, which soared through the air and struck a robot warrior, scrapping it instantly. Unfortunately the attack alerted other warriors to where Mars was hiding. More laser fire cut through the air, many of which struck around Rei, with a couple singing her raven hair. She ducked as quickly as she could, cursing under her breath.
“We’re really in it deep,” Derek said.
     “Totally,” Nicole said.
“They’ve pretty much got us pinned down,” Bryan said.
“I’m not giving up,” Rachel said, unclipping her chakram. She leapt into the air, producing her shield while she leapt, and lobbed her chakram at one of the robots. The whirling blade struck one robot, ricocheted and struck three more, rebounded off of a tank, struck five more robots, and returned to Rachel’s hand. She clipped her boomerang back to her belt and landed back behind the dune. A couple of seconds later more laser fire flew over their heads.
     “Damnit!” Jennifer cursed, “We’re toast.”
“Maybe not,” John Kersy said, “We need some cover to begin with.”
“You got it,” Jubilee said, “Rachel, Ami, John, Bryan. Let’s show these bolt brains what it means to be with the Senshi.”
“The five leapt into the air and proceeded to provide cover for their friends.
     “Shabon Spray!”
     “Mercury Bubbles Blast!”
     “Desert Storm Shroud!”
     “Rainbow Borealis Flash!”
While the other four attacked head on, Jubilee used her mutant power to blast the robots with fireworks. Once visibility was reduced to practically zero, everyone either activated their visors or located somebody with a visor before they took on the enemy.
     “Mars Firestorm Flash!”
“Owwww! Watch it pyro! You singed my hair!”
     “Quake Control 9.5!”
     “Aaaaah... landslide!”
“Hang ten! Mercury Ice Bubbles Freeze!”
The bubbles burst forth and froze the land beneath their feet, creating a giant surf bored of sorts, which mowed over the enemy and buried them in sand, not to mention crushed them beneath the incredible weight of the frozen mass. Once the ice flow came to a halt, everyone piled off of the frozen chunk of the sand and looked around. Everywhere there was bits and pieces of broken up robots.
     “Dude!” Justin said, “What happened?”
“I’d have to say that we happened,” Lydia said.
“So... the army is toast, right?” Serena asked.
     “Damn straight!” Nate said.
“So what is our new objective?” Mina asked.
“Yeah,” Alexandra said, “where do we go from here?"
“Probably where the warriors are,” Cathy said, “Jubes, can you track them?”
“Possibly,” Jubilee said, reaching for her mini computer. A shocked look washed over her face a moment later. She groaned and said, “I think I lost it.”
“How can you possibly lose your computer?”
“It must have fallen out of my uniform when the landslide started.”
     “Oh, that’s just PEACHY!”
“Not really all that bad,” Derek said, thumping his staff on the ice mass, “it’s got to be someplace near...”
He cut off as a loud CRUNCH filled the air. Sheer terror filled his face as he lifted up his staff. He bent down, reached into the hole, and pulled out the crunched and crumpled remains of Jubilee’s computer.
     “Oops,” he said.
“Oh, now that’s just prime!” Cathy said. Derek and Jubilee whipped around at the same time and said, “Shut up Cathy!” Cathy shut her mouth faster than anyone had ever seen.
“Alright,” Jess said, “now how do we locate the others?”
“I’m pretty sure John can track them,” Jenn said, “hey bro, how about scanning for us?”
“Working on it,” John said, activating his own visor and Mercury computer. A couple of minutes later he deactivated his visor and put away his computer. “They’re at the gravity dome in Juno City,” he said.
“Isn’t that where the Spice Girls are?” Alison and Alyssa asked in unison.
“THE SPICE GIRLS?!” everyone exclaimed, imagining meeting their favorite Spice Girl.
     “Oh Geri!” Derek drooled.
     “Emma,” Mike sighed.
     “Victoria!” Ryan and Dave purred.
“Mel B!” Artemis drooled. Mina gave him a gentle kick.
“Mel C!” Jim, Joss, and Tony sighed.
“We must get to them!” Josh said.
“We need a way to get to them,” Naomi said, “the others don’t know what kind of trouble they’re in.”
“Right,” Michelle said, “Derek, Susana, open a gateway.”
“All right,” Susana said, “Derek, are you ready for this?”
“Yeah,” Derek said. The two crossed their staffs and said, in unison, “Dark Dome Open.”
A giant portal opened before them, violet and blue swirling around outside the tunnel. On the other side they could see the gravity dome in its grand splendor. The group piled in, colored lights and mist swirling about them as they walked. The portal closed behind them and they began their journey to the gravity dome.

“Yo tell me what you want, what you really, really want.”
“If you wanna be my lover, you gotta get with my friends. Make it last forever. Friendship never ends. If you wanna be my lover, you have got to give. Taking is too easy but that’s the way it is.”
“If you wanna be my lover, you gotta, you gotta, you gotta just Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, slam your body down and wind it all around. Slam your body down a zig - a - zig ah!”
“If you wanna be my lover.”
The act ended with a massive pyro technics display of red, white, blue, and gold. Once the smoke cleared, Geri Halliwell, a.k.a. Ginger Spice, came over the sound system.
“Welcome to the Spice World, Spice System tour. We’re here to spice up your life!”
“And that’s just what we’re going to do!” came from the shadows. The spotlight whipped around to the source of the voices and revealed Tetsuo, Kain, Kagato, and Sailor Galaxia.
“I sense the Sailor Senshi,” Galaxia said.
“I sense many powers,” Kain said, “some weak, some strong.”
“And some right on top of us,” Kagato said, pointing up. The four looked to the ceiling to see dark energy sparking and a portal opening. From the portal came the delta bubble containing the warriors whom Tetsuo had captured. Once the bubble was through, the portal sealed and the bubble burst, sending the warriors towards the floor. Unfortunately the four evil entities were beneath the falling warriors and ended up being crushed by the weight.
“Anyone know what we landed on?” Doug asked.
“I don’t know,” Richard said, “all I know is that something hard and metallic is jabbing me in the thigh.”
     “Mmmm hmmmmmmmup mmmmmummph!!” Alex mumbled.
“Hey, leave my mom out of this!”
Darren and Dan each grabbed one of Alex’s flailing legs and extracted him from the pile of bodies. Once Alex was free, his attention was caught by the five beautiful women off to the side of the stage.
“Hello,” Alex said, still upside down.
“Hi there,” Emma Bunton, a.k.a. Baby Spice, said.
“She spoke to me,” Alex drooled, “Baby Spice spoke to me.”
“What’s up with him?” Mel B, a.k.a. Scary Spice, asked Dan.
“He’s totally gaga over you girls,” Dan said, fighting to maintain control.
“Well, how come you aren’t affected by our visual psychological tactics?” Geri asked.
     “Say what?!” Darren exclaimed.
“She means our sex appeal,” Victoria Adams, a.k.a. Posh Spice, responded.
“Um, are those big ugly things O.K.?” Emma asked, pointing to the four bodies on the floor.
*groan* “Yeah, just peachy,” Kagato moaned, “Galaxia, you have got to start wearing spandex or something less... metallic. It’s like landing on knives.”
“Shut up, Mister 400 pound armored body,” Galaxia hissed at Kagato, “You should be glad you didn’t land on my sword!”
“Will you quit squabbling and get off of me?!” Tetsuo shouted, “The two of you are turning me into a pancake!”
As the four argued on, another portal opened and out stepped the Sailor Senshi and the remaining warriors, all quite tired from their ordeal in the desert.
“That was a trip!” Tony exclaimed as he stumbled out of the portal.
“No kidding,” Ben said, “that must have been the longest portal in history.”
“Can you blame us?” Derek asked, “We can only bend time and space to a certain extent.
“Yeah,” Susana said, “we may be super humans, but we aren’t gods.
“You could have tried to make the ride smoother,” Justin whined, “I felt like I was going to....”
“Can it St. Laurant!” Bryan snarled, turning and pointing his pike at Justin.
“Yeah. Susana and Derek did all that they could,” Sailor Vesta said, “you could at least thank them instead of bitch about everything.”
“I agree with Vesta,” Sailor Ceres said, “they did all that they could to get us here so don’t complain about it.”
“Thank you Vesta, Ceres,” Susana said.
“You’re welcome,” Vesta and Ceres said in unison.
“So, who do we have here?” Jordan asked, pointing to the four forces of evil. This snapped everyone’s attention to the real trouble.
“I’m pretty sure the little punk is Tetsuo,” Josh said, “and he looks better than he did the last time we saw him.”
“I’ll second that,” Jason said, his left eyebrow twitching, ‘I’m gonna make him pay for the last time our paths crossed!’
“You’re gonna die..... again!” Tetsuo exclaimed, summoning a force wave to attack the group. Alex activated his shield and leapt in front of the wave, bracing for impact. The wave hit him with the force of a train, throwing Alex through the air and shattering his shield.
By now Galaxia was back on her feet and was squaring off against the Sailor Senshi.
“Did you miss me?” Galaxia asked sarcastically.
“Um... nope,” Lizz said, “not like I remember you.”
“Never gave it a thought,” Brian said, “though I wish I could say the feeling was mutual.”
“Who are you again?” Juliet asked. A sweat drop formed on Galaxia’s head.
“I am your worst nightmare!” Galaxia shouted, preparing to attack. She was ready to release when a gruff male voice called her back.
     “Galaxia, cease and desist!”
     “But Dark Ganymede...”
“Dark Ganymede?!” everyone exclaimed in unison, looking around for Andrew. They didn’t have to look far, for he was with Tetsuo.
“Well, I thought they had finished you,” Galaxia said, dropping back.
“No, they simply locked me away for a little while.”
“And I’ll lock you away again, this time for good,” Alex moaned, getting to his feet. From his left gauntlet a bow of gold and silver formed, moving from his wrist to his left hand. He drew back the string and a golden arrow formed. He released the string, the arrow sailing through the air and striking Dark Ganymede in the left thigh. Alex drew back the string again, another arrow forming. He released again and the second arrow struck Dark Ganymede in the right shoulder. As he prepared for another attack, though, Adderson leapt in between Alex and Ganymede.
“What are you doing?!” Alex demanded, a deep growl in his voice.
“Keeping you from doing something you’ll regret later on in life,” Adderson said, “we can free Andrew again, but first we must defeat Kain, Kagato, Tetsuo, and Galaxia.”
“All right then,” Alex said, hooking the bow onto the back of his armor. He then drew his star sword and joined the others in battle.
“Good to see you’re ready to fight,” Crystal said, blocking an energy bolt with her spear.
“It’s great to be back,” Alex said, grinning before striking a battle stance.
“You’re going to die, die, DIE!!!” Tetsuo shouted, destroying part of the stage with a force blast.
“We gotta help them,” Geri said while the girls were hiding back stage.
“What do you suggest?” Victora asked.
“How about we shut off the gravity,” Mel C suggested, “It’ll really shake up their lives.”
“That just might work,” Geri said, “any idea where the gravity control is?”
“I think I found it,” Emma said, motioning for the others to come to her. Once the other four were there, Geri said, “O.K., once we flip this switch, prepare to transform.”
“Right!” the other four said. Geri punched the switch, reversing the gravity and sending everyone still in the dome towards the ceiling. Once they were floating the Spice Girls sang their own power up song.
“We are hot and we are nice, we call upon the power of Spice.

“Sexy Spice Power!”
“Scary Spice Power!”
“Posh Spice Power!”
“Sporty Spice Power!”
“Baby Spice Power!”
The five transformed into their alter egos, the Spice Soldiers. The five flew out to lend a hand and were immediately frozen in Callisto’s crystal web.
“Who are those spandex clad women?” Dorrie asked, arching an eyebrow at the costumes of the newcomers.
“Dunno,” Ana said, “though their costumes are most... absurd, to say the least.”
“I agree with that,” May said, “they remind me of the Spice Girls, but how could they fight while wearing those things?”
“Well, whoever they are, they’re out of action now,” Pallas said.
“Damn straight,” Brad said, “They’re totally out of action.” Sweat drops formed on everyone’s heads at that comment.
“Ahahaha...” Rei laughed, “Brad, SHUT UP!”
“What a totally odd sensation,” Lita said as she floated upward. She soon found herself under Mina’s skirt. Mina quickly exclaimed, “EXCUSE ME!” while flipping head over heels to free Lita from an embarrassing situation.
“I don’t know how we’re going to manage in zero gravity,” Chris said.
“No kidding,” Eddie replied, “some can handle it, but others can’t.”
“Will you watch what you’re aiming at?!” came from the enemies. Everyone looked over to see Kain and Kagato in a fight.
“You got in my way!” Kain spouted.
“Your aim was off!” Kagato replied, “I was going to finish them myself, but then your energy blast hit me in the butt and threw me off!”
“Think we should smoke them?” Jason asked the others.
“Sure,” Dennis said, producing his Atma Weapon. He proceeded to leap through the air and slash downward, creating an energy beam. “Scorpio Sting Whip!”
The beam of energy struck the two enemies, sending them sailing into a wall. Dennis then put away his energy sword and unslung a crossbow. He aimed at Kain and Kagato, charging the arrows with energy. He then pulled the trigger, releasing the attack.
     “Needle Swarm!”
The issuing attack strung the pair with millions of poisoned darts, filling their bodies with an energy draining poison. With this accomplished, Dennis turned to Alyssa and Alison.
     “O.K. ladies, they’re all yours.”
“Why thank you,” Alyssa said, smiling, “Phobos Shockwave Strike!”
Alyssa flapped her arms, creating twin pockets of high pressure. She grasped these and slammed them together, creating an energy wave which paralyzed Kain and Kagato. Once this was accomplished, Alison produced a bunch of throwing knives, which she proceeded to throw at the pair, striking each in the arms and legs and pinning them to the wall.
“And now for the coup de gras,” Jason said, “Crystal Storm!”
Literally thousands of shards of crystal attacked Kain and Kagato, turning them into dog kibble in a matter of seconds. But as the attack ensued, Dark Ganymede appeared behind Jason, produced a dagger, and stabbed him in the back, shattering his armor.
“Jason!” Adderson shouted. He turned to Dark Ganymede and said, “You’re gonna pay for that! Galactic Destruction Wave!”
“I don’t think so. Dark Aura Barrier!”
The two energies met and created a buildup of negative force. Adderson gritted his teeth while he continued his attack, pouring all of the energy that he could into it. Out of the corner of his eye he saw Darren moving around behind Dark Ganymede. Out of the corner of his other eye he saw Alex and Tony moving around Dark Ganymede as well. He then counted to five before phasing out. At that same moment Alex, Darren, and Tony attacked.
     “Aura Beam!”
     “Tidal Blast!”
     “Ice Ring Strike!”
The three attacks missed Dark Ganymede by a mile, for he moved out of the way at a speed greater than any human should possess. Unfortunately for him Jason had a little bit of strength left.
     “Crystal Shining Web!”
Strings of energy formed around Jason’s fingers, as if he were playing a child’s string game. He then hurled the string at Dark Ganymede, causing a small cage to form around him. This distraction provided enough time for the warriors to move around him and link hands.

The warriors armors began to glow in their colors, eventually releasing an energy blast which completely nuked Dark Ganymede’s armor and came close to nuking Andrew himself. With his last breath he called upon one of his more powerful attacks.
     “Lava Rain!”
As the molten rock began to rain down, a gentle rain began to fall, switching up to a full out downpour in a matter of seconds, turning the magma into harmless pebbles, which bounced harmlessly off of the warriors’ armor. Andrew looked up to see Sailor Neptune pointing her deep aqua mirror at the source of the magma and calling upon her Submarine Reflection power. He groaned, “Oh shit!” before phasing to another dimension.
Once Andrew phased out, the Senshi left the warriors to recharge as they went after Galaxia.
“Hey you metallic bitch,” Mars said, “remember us?!”
“You... you’re the Sailor Soldiers,” Galaxia gasped, “and there are more of you.”
“Damn straight,” Cathy said, “and you’re heading for a fall.”
The Senshi joined hands and formed a circle around a very stunned Galaxia and summoned their powers.
“Moon Crisis Power!”
“Mercury Crystal Power!”
“Mars Crystal Power!”
“Jupiter Crystal Power!”
“Venus Crystal Power!”

“Ceres Moon Power!”
“Juno Moon Power!”
“SAILOR PLANET ATTACK!”
The energy blast created by that many Sailor Senshi completely disintegrated Galaxia. Unfortunately the blast began to disintegrate the gravity dome as well. As debris fell, Alex shouted, “Everyone out NOW!”
“What about you?” Jess asked as they began to file out.
     “I’m going after Tetsuo!”
“Not without me you’re not,” Adderson said, putting his hand on Alex’s shoulder.
     “Me either,” Dennis added.
“You’re gonna need us,” Alyssa and Alison said in unison.
“And you wouldn’t forget us now, would you?” Steve Huff, Tod, Rich, and Matt Emmerton added.
“You’re right. Now, let’s go!” Alex said, taking off after Tetsuo with his friends in tow. He activated his communicator and punched in the code for Naomi. “Armitage, this is Alex. Get everyone to the time transporter and get it warmed up.”
“Alex, where the hell are you anyway?!”
“I’m going after Tetsuo with eight other people with me. We’re at the gravity dome.”
“So that means we have to save nine spaces for you?”
     “Yup, that’s absolutely correct.”
“OK, talk to you later. Naomi out.”
Once the transmission ended, the nine took off at high speed to catch Tetsuo. After many minutes they finally caught up to the fleeing super villain. Just then Alex realized something.
“Woah, hold the phone!” he said, stopping immediately. The others stopped and hovered near him. “What happened to the Ronin Warriors?!”
“Good question,” Dennis said, “unfortunately we don’t have the time to answer it now.”
There was a piercing shriek just then ahead of them, followed by a massive wave of energy and then dead silence. From the darkness came the five original Ronin Warriors, blood splattered on their armor. They looked at the small group before Cye asked, “So, did you guys miss us?”
“Where were you this whole time?” Adderson asked.
“Oh, around,” Kento said, “we sort of figured that Tetsuo would eventually end up here so we set up an ambush.”
“Kick ass!” Matt said, “but where are the others?”
“They’re home right now,” Rowen said, “But shouldn’t we get out of here before the building crumbles to the ground around us?!”
“Yeah, that would be a good idea,” Dennis said, taking off for a hole in the roof. The remaining members of the Star Warriors followed, but the Ronin Warriors opened a gateway back to their own time and place of living, leaving the gravity dome to crumble to the ground.

Once the remaining members of the Star Warriors reached the Mars Police HQ, they were directed to the underground lab where the super sized portal generator rested. Upon entering the room Alex exclaimed, “Woah, the satellite!”
“You might say that,” Eddie said, indicating the portal generator, “it’s an old amusement park ride which I helped to rig up with portal generating hardware and software.”
“All aboard,” Naomi said from the main gate on the ride, “last call for the trip back to 1998!”
The nine Star Warriors climbed the stairs, found their spots on the ride, and strapped in. Naomi gave the thumbs up and Eddie flipped the switch. The ride began to spin, slowly at first, but at a faster and faster pace until there was a flash of light and a crackle of energy which sent the warriors and sailor soldiers through time and space and back to their own time and place. Once the ride spun down again it was empty, leaving the laboratory in complete silence. The heroes were on their way home.

Back in 1998, on university grounds, the large field before the Field House to be precise, many forms appeared in a large pile of bodies. Once they separated into their assorted groups, many teleported back to their homes while those who went to the university returned to their dorms and apartments in order to rest from their adventure. But there was to be no rest for the weary.
