Parmesan Croutons

Makes 1 1/2 cups

6 slices Italian or French bread, crusts removed
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. paprika

Cut bread into 1/2 inch squares. In a large frying pan, melt the butter and sauté the bread over medium heat until lightly browned. While still warm, toss the cubes with the cheese and paprika in a paper bag. Drain on paper towels. After cooling, store in airtight container.
