Rosemary Sage Butter

1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix all of the ingredients well until smooth and well blended. May be used on potatoes, bread or vegetables.
Tip- Make up packages of this blend using dried versions of the herbs needed (always halve the amount when using dried herbs instead of fresh), put together with the recipe and use for a quick and sure-to-be loved gift!
