- Kaedijah and Keyser Israel update
- dinner

- dancing: will play by ear; joanna, kaedijah, and ari will lead
- food
- decided on falafel w/ lettuce, tomatoes, hummus, cookies, sodas
- have blue and white decorations possibly
- play Israeli music in background maybe
- decided to not have discussion or movie
- some member of board coming around 6:30 to help prepare food and set up
SA/TO
- decided to volunteer at St. Joseph’s, plan to deliver lunch to patients
-discussed either doing a bucket of prizes for TO fund raiser at lounge or 50/50 raffle; majority rule was to do 50/50, but all like bucket idea
- reviewed region TO update
- have $60 so far, gave $106 last year, working towards goal of $200
COMM
- decided to write thank you notes to drivers
- will take turns writing
- Andy suggested having end of the year paper, all liked idea and agreed to write articles
Mem/Kad
- reviewed region membership update
- Jr./Sr. have 50, up from 40
- Kadima has 19, down from 31
Comedy Night
- Andy and Sarah earned $10 each, will give TO
- donation to USY also being made, not sure how much
Elections for Next Year
- everyone received copy of last year’s letter about board positions
- all are to edit and make changes for discussion at next meeting
Upcoming Events
-decided to start pushing people to attend services
- plan to e-mail people suggesting they go to services b/c people from USY will be there
- 1st date is Sat. March 30
- April event
- discussed whether or not to go to Boston
-discussed which weekend to have event
- brain stormed ideas
- unanimous decision to go to Fun World
- plan to have elections on May 18
- all agreed Lexington Battle of the Bands was too late and too much after Red Sox
Spring Convention Awards
- decided to apply for most improved chapter
- everyone is to write up a couple paragraphs about what we did under their position
- need to be mailed to Sarah by Mar 17
- she will edit and put together and then e-mail to everyone to check and make final edits
Soap
- Kaedijah introduced a possible soap fund raiser that her family is working on
- will bring it up at the next meeting w/ more info if still interested
