Clients: Please

all of the
information as it applies to your
wedding reception.

The following is a typical
reception format order, with estimated lapse of time based on a 4 hour reception. Any cocktail periods or ceremony at the reception venue would simply be included prior to "Introductions". You also may want to have more time for "dancing for all" than what I listed below. For instance, if there is no ceremony or cocktail period planned, and you have 5 hours already booked with me, you may want to plan more dance time.
The
format is in the order that I have
found over
20+ years seems to "flow" or transition best. Some
things you may eliminate, or change in order. You may do this by answering "no" to "format OK? below and typing in any changes. I want
to stress, though, that I am very
flexible and the ultimate decision you
make is what will be
done. I place this information here only for those who contact me and ask, "Rick, we have no clue what to do or when--can you help?" If you already "have a clue", that's what will be done.

that--estimations, only to give you an
idea.
