this boy is my older brother given up for adoption by my birth mother before i
was born. He was born in the group home for women in Biddeford Maine- St Andres
home. I have contacted them , but since my mother passesd away in 1984 i have no
rights to access any records there, although i have seen the birth certificate
in my home town. I desperately want to find him as a request by my mother when
she was dying.
