I was born in 1/22/60 to Carol Ann Chase in Goffstown, NH at Moore General
Hospital. I have met my b. mom and have my pre-adoption birth certificate.
Carol Ann gave up a total of 4 children. I have met my biological brother (we
both had the same father), however our b. mother gave up 2 other children who
were from different fathers. These children were most likely born in Goffstown
between 1955-1963. Carol Ann was born November 5, 1937 in Boston, MA. I have
done extensive genealogy research on biological relatives but anyone with
information regarding my half siblings, is encouraged to get in touch with
me.
