Hospital of Birth was Kent County Memorial Hospital. Adoption was through St Mary's Home for
Children in Providence RI, and it was finalized sometime in March of 1964. Birthmother was
18 at time of my birth and English Welsh/Yank and birthfather was 20 and Slovak.
