Adoptee's son is looking for adoptee's birth parents information, original birth certificate. Unable to locate adopted birth certificate from Gorham Maine, which has always been listed as his place of birth. Tuttle or Tuthill was supposedly the birth parents or mother's name. State of Maine has not been able to move this search forward. There was possibly a female sibling of my father that was not adopted by my grandfather, Thomas J. Earls of Portland Maine. Adoptees name is Raymond Thomas Earls.
