My adoptive parents wereis Andrew and Clarice Karkos. My Adoptive fathers family lives in the LIsbon Falls area. The Dr. on the birth certificate I have says Dr. Joseph Mendes and he was the family doctor there in Lisbon Falls. It says he was the attending at birth. It also says I was born at Central Maine General hospital. The registrars name onthe certificate is Lucien Lebel and it was recorded on 6-5-61. I was told that the attorney that handled the adpotion had the last name of Keemey. He passed away years ago and I was told that all his files were lost in a fire prior to that. I want to know if my birth parents are still alive and if I have any siblings. I would love to have contact with them.
