Birth name Of Kenneth John. Given to me by my Birth mother. Birth date is Sept. 7 1967. @9:30pm. weight at birth: 5lbs.91/2ozs. I was baptized by Father Edward McGoven @ Blessed Sacrament Church in Providence Rhode Island. Placed in St Vincent De Paul's Infant asylum in Providence Rhode Island On Regent Ave. On Oct. 16th Birth mother signed release papers for adoption. I was placed with adoptive parents on Dec. 4th of 1967 and adopted one year later in 1968. My Birth Mother was from a strong catholic family, I believe Her first name to be Phyllis. She was at Sophies home in Cranston, Rhode Island at the time of my birth. I believe she would be approx. 59 years old to date. I am of Portuguese/white/African decent.
I believe my fathers Name was Manuel or Emanuel. He was of African/Portuguese decent.
