birth mother Ann, born 1945 in delaware. came to Ri to give birth June 1966 Adoption through Catholic Charities. She graduated from a non catholic high school and was employed as a secretary in NJ at the time. After my birth she appeared to be working in the city as she was meeting college kids at her new job. She aslo lived in Ohio and PA. lots of moving it seems.

Was in St Vincents For a while for a "brownstone splint" on right leg.
Adopted Columbus Day weekend ( 6 weeks after birth)
